Beachfront Cape May Condo

1)Cape May condo directly across the street from Beach entrance. NEWLY REMODELED (2020) bathrooms and parts of some of the bedrooms, entire condo completely painted, 1st floor and kitchen flooring completely new in 2020.

2) Directly across the street from the beach. Walking distance to promenade, beach front restaurants, arcade and mini-golf. Our location is quieter at nighttime (as compared with the mall/restaurant areas).

3)The Year 2020 brought 3 completely renovated bathrooms, new flooring, newly painted condo and some new furniture. Photos have been updated.

4) 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, kitchen, combined dining and living room, 1 deck, 1 patio, 1 parking spot. Includes 2 queen beds and 4 twin beds. Pillows, blankets and quilts are provided. Dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking tools, Keurig, microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, toaster, gas grill (on deck), vacuum cleaner, iron, 3 cable TVs, central heat, A/C, wifi, 4 beach chairs and 4 beach umbrellas.

5)Pets not permitted. No smoking. Fireplace cannot be used at all. Bed-sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided. Floating/Open staircase between 2nd and 3rd floors.

6. There is no enclosed outside shower. A hose is provided on patio area to help remove sand.

Wonderfully relaxing condo

Everything was exactly as described. Location to beach was perfect and walkable to town. Condo was clean, lay out perfect for our group and had many little extras that were very nice. Hosts were responsive and very quick. It’s a wonderful vacation place. Highly recommend ✔️A+

Charming Cape May

Our stay in Cape May was wonderful. The property is perfectly located across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The house was clean, and a little smaller then the pictures, other than that it was perfect for me and my 5 sisters. the twin beds on the bottom level, mad a lot of noise when you moved around while sleeping. But all in all it was a great house.

Due to bad weather, we spent more time in the house than planned. Condo was spotless and very comfortable for our group. Great location - beach and shops walkable. Owners email and notes made everything very clear. Atmosphere was very welcoming.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at Beverly's property. The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach and a short walk into to town for shopping, restaurants etc. The house is very clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable vacation. It is very evident that the owners take pride in their property and want their renters to have a positive experience at Cape May.

Birthday in Cape May

Our stay at Beverly's condo was very comfortable for us. We had plenty of space in the living area. My husband and I had the 3rd floor main bedroom, very spacious. Our daughter and her fiancé were on the first floor with space and bathroom. We went out to lunch, many restaurants to choose from within walking distance. We cooked our dinners at the condo and had ample cookware to use. We brought our own spices. It was nice to sit on the deck and have a view of the water and very convenient to walk across the road to the beach, we even saw many dolphin. We would stay again.

this was a perfect property... owner beverly was detailed with check in and any extra instructions... the extra 6 beach chairs n 2 beach tags was a plus!cape plaza unit 7 is a large 3 floor condo on beach front.. outdoor deck was shaded in evening for sunset. perfect location to beach boardwalk and town mall and sites. Clean, updated and fully equipped. thanx for making our first extended family vacation easy and relaxing! We can't wait to come back !

Great location and ample room!

Four of us girls stayed in Cape May for a birding weekend. The house was close to everywhere that we wanted to go. It was nice that we each were able to have our own bedroom. We had one minor issue and Beverly, the owner, was quick to rectify the problem and even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Every time I had a question, she was quick to respond and a pleasure to correspond with. I would definitely rent this property again!

Location,location,location!

Being across the street from the beach made this an ideal location for our family getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would be a bit more specific in the property description indicating that the grill was a small electric standing George Forman type and the outdoor shower was actually a hose. I wish the owner had provided grilling utensils. We also would have liked information about the garbage/ recycling days as we were unsure if/when to put the cans out. Otherwise everything was great. There was plenty of room for us and we could actually see the ocean from multiple rooms.

I grew up in northern New Jersey, but now have settled in southern New Jersey in Cape May to enjoy the beach all year.

Why they chose this property

We bought this property as it is beachfront and near restaurants. However, we are not in the center of town, so, evenings are quiet.

What makes this property unique

1) 2020 renovations include all 3 bathrooms completely renovated, new tile flooring on 1st floor and kitchen, entire condo completely painted.
2) Large great room (living/dining area) to meet your needs.
3) Extra large master bedroom, with sitting area.
4)Updated kitchen with small dinette set as well as great room dining table that seats 6-8 for larger meals.
