***Now offering the month of January 2025 or February 2025 at a discounted rate of $3500 per month- message us for details!*** Our vacation home in the heart of Cape May is just a short walk (4 blocks) to the beach, a 5 minute walk to Congress Hall, and a 2 minute walk (2 blocks) to the Washington Street Mall and some of the finest restaurants and shopping in Cape May.

With 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a third bedroom on the third floor, our twin house is the perfect size for 2 couples with children, or a family with up to 4 kids. 6 adults can also sleep comfortably. There are two full bathrooms for your convenience, one on the first floor near the back door entrance for easy post-beach cleanup.

***We just updated with all new appliances and a sleeper sectional in 2021, plus new TWIN XL beds on the third floor***

We have a private back patio with gas grill, and a front porch that’s great for watching the sun go down at the end of a long beach or shopping day. Sometimes you’ll even see the horses go by! With heated floors downstairs, this is also a cozy spot for holiday and winter stays. We have a driveway adjacent to the house with parking for 3 cars. Our house is fully equipped for cooking, and has everything you’ll need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please note all in-season renters will have access to a beach box for storing your beach equipment right on the beach, and 6 beach tags.

7+ night discounts are applied during certain seasons, and 28+ night discounts are applied year- round.

Best place for a girls weekend!

The house was very clean and perfect for my friends and me. Great kitchen, we cooked a few meals. Great rooms with enough space. We were able to walk everywhere!Highly recommend and will be back.

Lovely, clean house, well located

This was a week taken care of and well-appointed property a short walk from the mall and beach. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Owners were communicative prior to stay and responsive throughout our time there. We will definitely return!

Perfect Stay

All the comforts of home and an amazing three-day weekend. If it had just been a bit warmer, it would have been perfect. The house is fantastic, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The location is great! And, the owners were extremely responsive every time I messaged them. Great Location, Cozy House

loved the cozy house and location. kitchen was nicely equipped with literally everything and more. Appliances were perfect and they had cocktail ice cubes ready in the freezer. The location was a 10 minute walk to the beach and steps from bars and restaurants. Bathrooms are nice but no counters at all so you have to keep toiletries in your bedroom. One shared bathroom upstairs for three bedrooms and then one downstairs. Make sure you have bug spray because the mosquitos in this area are pretty bad.

Beautiful stay

This was a fantastic property. You may actually find yourself overpacking as they have everything available from drink coolers for your drinks on the beach, coffee, thermoses, all your cleaning, products, repellent, candles, to even leaving you some bug spray. It was a cozy little space behind the house to sit and, have some grilled food on the Weber barbecue. The house inside was beautiful. It was very well done. Very comfortable. The air conditioning works fantastic. You would not regret this stay. It’s also a fantastic location as it’s not far from the beach and it’s right next to restaurants and the Washington St., Mall. We absolutely would stay here again.

This property is one of the nicest and best appointed that we have ever rented. Everything is new and in excellent condition. On site parking made it super convenient. Nice front porch and back yard with grill and picnic table was so lovely. Owner is very responsive.

Perfect location in Cape May

We had a girlfriend get away in Cape May and I highly recommend this property! The location is perfect. Only a few blocks to the beach, shopping and restaurants! We pulled in the driveway and never used the car again until we left. We had some rain but the house has a great covered front porch. Inside the home is everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. The owners thought of everything. I would definitely rent this home again when I go back to Cape May.

Returning To A Good Thing.

We have stayed at this property before and we keep going back for a reason…it works for us. This duplex is located in a great area, it is well equipped and owners care that you are enjoying your stay. Personally I like it because I’m an early riser and I can sneak out and walk anywhere in Cape May. Did I mention they have an awesome grill and quaint outdoor seating area? We will keep going back.

Perfect Location for our Annual Cape May Getawy!

My family has created a tradition over the past few years of visiting Cape May annually for my birthday, with each stay taking place at a new location. I can say with certainty that, after this year's stay, we will absolutely want to be repeat customers next year. The hosts are extremely communicative, proactively reaching out via text prior to our stay and answering any questions during in pretty real time. The actual house is immaculate but still welcoming, spacious and providing truly all amennities we needed (and more). As parents of a 15 month old, it was such an added perk to have such child friendly featured: pack n play, high chair, retractable baby safety gates at every stairwell. The back porch area is absolutely lovely, and we were fortunate enough to be able to use the grill for a nice dinner at "home". We loved our stay here and will absolutely plan to return asap!

Great house, Great Location, Great Hosts

The house was perfect for our family spring trip. It had plenty of space , very clean, well stocked, and it was beautiful inside and out. The location could not be more perfect. It’s in a residential area so it was nice and quiet but it’s also close enough to most of Cape May’s points of interests and restaurants that you can just park your car for your trip and just walk everywhere. Finally, the hosts were extremely kind, attentive and made you feel welcomed in their home. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful home and great location in Cape May!

Stayed in March 2024. The home is very nicely decorated with newer amenities. The parking is private, so that was a huge plus. Only a few blocks from the center of town and a few more to the beach. Restaurants and bars close by - very walkable town. My family really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again. Owner Natalie was very responsive and accommodating.

Fabulous Stay in Cape May

Our family really enjoyed staying at Natalie and Brendan's delightful home. They are very welcoming and gracious hosts especially if we had any questions. Cape May is a lovely historical town and the house is a short walk Washington Street Mall, the supermarket and beach. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable furnishings which made our ‘home away from home’ very special. Thank you Natalie and Brendan for making our family holiday so wonderful!.

Beautiful home, great location

This home was beautiful. Very clean, enough room for my family of 4, and perfectly located near the main shopping and food area within a 5 minute walk. My 13 year old loved having the upstairs attic room to herself. We came off season so we did not use the beach but this home was perfect for relaxing, playing games, and spending time together as a family. Natalie was wonderful to work with. She was very quick at answering questions and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this rental.
