This is a perfect location and set up for people either traveling as a group or traveling independently. Each Suite is completely separate from one another with their own private entrance yet right next door to someone who you might be traveling with. Everything from the dishes to the furniture is Brand NEW!! This Suite is equipped with a full-size kitchen with every appliance, one full size bathroom with a shower/tub combo, one queen size bed in each bedroom, and one queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room. This Suite has its own private Washer and Dryer in the oversized bathroom for your convenient use. There is an iron and ironing board available for your use in the designated Laundry Room on the first floor between the REEL and Alpine Suites. You will enjoy the comfort of this Suite while feeling the true Alaskan experience surrounded by nature yet only minutes (by car) from town.

This is our second trip to Seward. First trip, we booked a hotel which didn't give us much space. This suite was perfect for us, we were a party of 3. Very close to town, nestled in nature, and very spacious and clean. Would rent again!

Perfect size for multigenerational travel. The in unit washer and dryer were much appreciated. Everything u would need in The kitchen supplied. Great communication with the owner prior and during our stay.

Wonderful stay

Don’t let the neighborhood fool you, some run down places on the road to the house. Once you get to the place all is beautiful and great. Right in the forest, which is AWSOME.

Property was as advertised. Clean, well stocked and close to town. Enjoyed our stay. Only wished it had two bathrooms. A great option for the Seward area. Quiet, private, new, and close to action but yet just far enough to experience rural Alaska.

Modern and well appointed condo

We loved this condo! Everything felt new. The kitchen was well stocked and fully equipped. The picnic table on the deck was a fun place to eat breakfast while listening to the birds in the morning. The sleeper sofa had a unique design that made it very comfortable. My daughter, who usually hate pullouts, said that the couch felt better than her bed at home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood that is only a 10 minute drive from Seward.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed! Kristi was very responsive to every message and took great care of us. The place was easy to find. Beds were comfy and kitchen had all necessities. We enjoyed eating on the picnic table outside and use of the grill. While very close to the town of Seward, it was nice to get away to this peaceful area after a day of exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

5 minutes from downtown Seward. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our unit had a coin operated laundry which was very helpful. Fully stocked kitchen, plush towels, lots of cozy blankets. Everything looks brand new. Definitely recommend.

Well-appointed, family friendly location quietly off the beaten path. I visited with a full house of six and we fit comfortably. The full, well-stocked kitchen is great for cooking (and grilling!) for yourself. Property owners are helpful and responsive.
