Jonathan is helpful and readily available. The property is is a great location and we could walk anywhere! The beds are comfy, which is very important to us. This is the place to stay.
Excellent location within walking distance to many cafes, shops, breweries, and more! No issues with check in or check out. VERY clean place. Would highly recommend.
Great location to see the town and hit the trails for MTB and hike. Great set up with all the amenities you need! Very responsive and friendly. Great stay will be back I hope.
Location of unit is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Living room is spacious, but needs more seating. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals but lacks proper seating to have meals. Both bedrooms are very spacious, plenty of storage for luggage and personal items. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the cost.
Condo is located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, the train station, the train museum and walking paths along the river. A designated parking place is a real plus. Condo was clean and as described in the listing.
Perfect location for exploring Durango by car or on foot. Very clean. All amenities and nicely decorated. Luggage carrier is in the back on the first floor. We would definitely stay here again.
Jonathan’s place was the perfect location for it Durango stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and we appreciated the nice linens, towels and kitchen supplies. We would definitely stay here again. The train come right by mornings about 8 and early evening, but we are early risers so we enjoyed the view from our bedroom windows.
The property was very clean and within walking distance of everything on Main Street. Beds were comfy too.
Only suggestion I’d have is it would be nice to have more than one set of keys.
My girlfriend and I loved staying here for a ski weekend. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfy. The noise level is definitely acceptable even for someone like me who is sensitive to noisy neighbors. The location can’t be beat. The property is within walking distance to tons of bars & restaurants which is nice. Parking was easy with one designated spot right outside the door. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice place, clean, and right downtown.
Great location, comfortable. The train does pass right by and the horn is very loud, but does not run late - just a warnong if you have children who take naps or go to bed early. On the plus side, our two year old loved to watch it go by! Problem with the plumbing but owner resolved it quickly and compensated us for it.
Lovely small condo. Very easy walk to town. The balcony out back overlooking the river was so nice.
Very well supplied with all things that make being away from home more comfortable.
Extras like phone charging cradles, 3 different types of coffee makers. I wish I had cooked during our week there because the kitchen is awesome.
King bedroom is lovely; the second bedroom is awfully small, as is the bed.
Our stay was great with one exception causing the 4-star rather than 5-star rating. The dishwasher was not in working order resulting in having to handwashing dishes. The owner could not get it fixed during the 9 days we were there but did give us a discount accommodation. Otherwise, delightful
Very fully-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great downtown location. Was great to have an assigned parking spot, but 2nd vehicle was more of a challenge during the week when you must pay meter during the day and then use extra condo parking spot at night. No real indoor secure bicycle storage when we were there as door to storage area was open most of the time. Elevator and luggage cart were helpful!
Condo was as advertised. It was well equipped and comfortable. The location could not be better for spending a few days in Durango. My wife appreciated the nice surprise for the ladies in a place where only ladies would look. There was one minor cleanliness issue that would be easy for the cleaning crew to miss (hidden shower drain). Otherwise the place was spotless. Would definitely stay here again if in Durango.
We were in town for a family wedding and the condo was in a great central location in downtown. We had easy access to a grocery store, Animas River trail and tons of bars/restaurants! Check out Eolus for great dinner!!
The condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed. My sister and her husband booked the condo across the hall so it was nice to be able to go back and forth easily. The train rolls through during the morning/afternoon but never bothered us. My niece loved looking out the window to see it go by. Overall a great stay and will definitely book again if I am ever in town!
