Beautiful Colorado Family Friendly Vacation Home
Relax in beautiful Timnath, CO in this 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath fully furnished house with a separate upstairs loft. We have three different areas for TV/gaming entertainment (Living Room, Master Bedroom, Loft). The bedrooms include 2 king sized beds, one queen size bed and one single loft bed. All utilities, cable and internet are included. Nice private area that abuts single family homes. 3 car attached garage. Please message me with any other questions you may have. (1Hr/20Min drive to Estes Park, CO - 20Min drive to Old Town Fort Collins, CO - 1Hr/15Min drive to Downtown Denver - 1Hr drive to Boulder, CO) - - We take immense pride in our home because this is our primary residence and we are only interested in renters who have the same respect for their own home.
