Sliding doors open to newly renovated wrap around deck on both levels with gorgeous views of Long Pond. Swans on the water not guaranteed, but usually there. Central A/C makes for a comfortable stay during hottest summer months.

Two private master bedrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs) with en suite full bathrooms, queen size beds, and separate access to decks make this house ideal for extended families, groups, or two families with children. Downstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath: one is a charming twin room with two beds and a larger bunk room that can sleep up to 4. We will accept well-behaved pets.

House is located 1 mile from Madaket Beach, Millie's, and Smith's Point and all the loveliness of the West End of the island. 1 block from Madaket bike path and bus stop (5 miles into town). Gas grill, table and chairs and lounges are on the upper deck for relaxing and best views of sunsets. Beach chairs and outdoor shower included.

WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Cable package with HBO and other premium channels, and stereo system provided. Seven night minimum stay required in summer.
