2 blocks to beach and minutes from the center of town. One story duplex with 4 bedrooms. Very spacious, hardwood floors throughout with great light. Floor plan consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, plus 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.

Central AC and outdoor shower that leads right into laundry room for convenience. The large bedroom off the kitchen has a king size bed and separate TV for down time. Kitchen equipped and includes dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Washer and dryer on site. Small fenced in yard out front, with small outdoor patio set and private driveway parking.

Back yard includes screened in porch, outdoor patio set and grill and outdoor shower.

Rental comes with 6 beach chairs, toys, beach cart, 4 beach tags, sheets and towels. (Please bring Beach Towels)

Great relaxing time with friends!

We had an amazing time! The house was great for a group of people to sit back and relax! Close to town and the beach.

We had a wonderful week . The house was perfect and we loved the outdoor shower !

Beth and Mike were great hosts and answered all of questions. House was perfect for my family and we enjoyed all the amenities too!!!

House is clean and new

House is as pictured. Ample space for our family of 7. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the water. Kitchen is great. Couch comfortable. Nice outside area. Beth was super communicative and kind. We enjoyed our stay.
