Cozy Bungalow, located in the heart of Amish country. Relax hearing the horse and buggies, going by the bungalow daily. Updated 1 1/2 story bungalow, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, is located just minutes away from all Amish attractions. Main floor has kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms, with queen size beds, and bathroom. Upstairs consists of 1 bedroom with full size bed. Linens and towels provided. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, bakeware, spices, and paper products. TV, Wifi, DVD player, some DVD's, books, and games. Pack-n-play, highchair, and booster seat is available.
Amish homes and farms along the road, Stoltzfus produce stand and Hayloft ice cream with pond (can feed ducks) also has a play ground for small children, and within walking distance. Close to Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Sight n Sound in Strasburg, Shady Maple, Maple Grove Drag way, Green Dragon. Close to most Lancaster County attractions.

Charming Bungalow in Amish Country

We enjoyed our stay in this charming bungalow and found it to be scrupulously clean. The country decor felt peaceful and welcoming. The comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep. The kitchen was well stocked. There are many Amish neighbors, and we enjoyed watching the buggies from the front porch. The location is only a short drive from Sight and Sound Theatre, Psalm 23 Garden, Good's Store, and several shops and restaurants. We enjoyed spending time with Sharon and Ted. They were readily available to answer our questions and had several helpful suggestions. We hope to return next year.

Strongly recommend this beautiful place it was very clean and in a perfect location the owners were wonderful everything was perfect and we will be coming back again 😊

Everything we needed

Clean, quiet and very well equipped. You need a car, but nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. Everything we needed and wanted to see was just a short drive away. Hosts were welcoming and came to say goodbye, but otherwise we didn't see them - perfect!

The perfect getaway

Ted and Sharon were such welcoming hosts, and their house was so cozy and beautiful. Can’t wait to come back in the near future

We purchased this property when the original owner passed away. He built it in 1946 when he came home from WWII. Him and his wife raised 3 children in this home.
