Located in Brittany, at the seaside, our family stone house is full of charm. It is located in a quiet area, close to the city center of St Brieuc. It dates from 1981, which gives it a lot of character thanks to the old and modern mix that we chose to bring to it after 2 years of important renovations. It is very pleasant to live thanks, among other things to the clarity of the rooms and to a warm and colorful decoration.
With an area of ​​3210m2 on 3 levels, it consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and a large living room and kitchen overlooking a green garden.
The main room (60m2) in which is the fitted kitchen on the one hand and the living room on the other side gives access to the terrace and the garden by two large windows. A scullery with corner lingerie is equipped with a room of water and toilet then close to a garage with loft.
In front of the house is a closed courtyard with an electric gate.
On the 1st floor, we have a parental suite with bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath with chromotherapy which leaves the charm of choosing the color of its bath for a perfect relaxation. There is a children's room and an office with a sofa to relax. On the 2nd floor, the staircase gives on a done up landing with flat screen television then on both sides gives two rooms. A bathroom with toilet is located near one of the rooms.
