L'accueil est agréable et la propreté de la propriété est très bien. Le jardin est très sympathique et bien aménagé. L'environnement est joli et le quartier calme. La maison reste petite et manque de rangements pour une famille. C'est plus un grand studio qu'une maison. L'annonce devrait préciser que cette maison est une extension de la maison du propriétaire et que le jardin est commun. Cela a été la déception de notre séjour.

La maison est très bien placée, à la fois "au calme" et proche de tout, notamment de la mer ! Les extérieurs sont spacieux et superbes, de jour comme de nuit. Merci à Alain et Karine pour leur accueil irréprochable, leur grand sens de l’hospitalité et leurs délicates attentions . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les aménagements extérieurs de la maison (terrasse, jacuzzi, cuisine extérieure et barbecue).. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend hat einen großen umzäunten Garten (wichtig für Hundebesitzer ). Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten am Strand von St. Raphael, Frejus oder St Aygulf. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und für eine Ferienwohnung sicher sehr gut ausgestattet. Wäre das Haus direkt am Strand gäbe es 6 Sterne.

la casa è in una zona tranquilla di s.raphael fuori dal centro. ideale se si vuole passare una vacanza tranquilla. bel giardino ,iacuzzi e anche una cucina esterna. il.sig Alain ,il proprietario , una persona veramente gentile disponibile e molto discreta. al.nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare frutta frasca e un buon rosé a.pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere sia le spiagge di s.raphael che quelle nei paesi vicini. nello specifico una bellissima spiaggia pubblica pulitissima(non un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra,non una lattina o spazzatura in giro) dove abbiamo potuto portar il nostro cagnolino a nuotare .

Beau logement, accueil chaleureux, au calme !

Le papa de la propriétaire est très sympathique et de bon service. Nous avons passé un court séjour à St-Rapaël, la propriété possède un atout charme... son extérieur, très mignon. Cependant, attention aux enfants en bas-âge, car l'escalier ainsi que la terrasse n'ont pas de garde-corps, mais objectivement, avec notre fils de 3ans 1/2 cela s'est bien passé en gardant un oeil dessus. Autre point d'amélioration, la porte de la salle de bain/wc qui est transparente ce qui est gênant si l'on désire de l'intimité (le propriétaire à prévu dans les travaux à venir de s'occuper de la porte). Mr Lafont à su être arrangeant, car nous étions tombé en panne de gaz en plein barbecue et il nous a trouvé dans la soirée une nouvelle bouteille. Il est de plus de bons conseils et très attentif au confort de ses hôtes ainsi qu'aux enfants (avec des petits jeux extérieurs à disposition). Pour conclure, mise à part 2 points d'améliorations, la propriété tient ses promesses et possède certains avantages non négligeable (Jaccuzi, Barbecue Weber 3 feux gaz, divers mobilier de jardin et le tout éclairé à la nuit tombée qui émerveille grands et petits). Nous recommandons cette propriété avec plaisir et remercions chaleureusement Monsieur Lafont pour son accueil.
