Brilliant surprise

We booked less than a week before as we were let down by Thomas Cook! The property was lovely, spacious and clean. The manager Paula was friendly and helpful and we queried a few things which she helped with .we were pleasantly surprised by the area as would never have considered Northern Portugal however we can not wait to return. Thankyou for a brilliant holiday .

Perfect house for big family

We were 8 adults spending 10 days in this house. Perfect as a base for excursions in the nothern regions of Portugal with rented cars. The house is really nice for a big family and we absolutel enjoyed the nice clean pool and garden with grill. Car is a must in this case. And talking about cars...unfortunately it is quite heavy traffic just outside this house eventhough it looks like a small street in the countryside. The streets are paved with cobble stone which intensifies the noise. But if you're not specifically looking for a very quite place I really recommend this place.

Excelentes. Un beau cadre extérieur dans une belle demeure. Un petit bémol pour entretien piscine insuffisant pour le nombre de personnes. Eau devenant verte mais peut être du à la chaleur. Paula la propriétaire au demeurant très sympathique et à l’écoute de ses hôtes. Un séjour à refaire

La casa es perfecta tanto en tamaño como en servicios en cocina, habitaciones y baños para las 9 personas que estuvimos. El comedor, porche y piscina son perfectos para su disfrute incluso con niños pequeños. La parte de arbolado perfecta para tomar el fresco. Paula es la anfitriona perfecta por su atención.

Super fijn huis, veel groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben het er heerlijk gehad. Schoon huis en zwembad. Koffie zaakje op de hoek heeft goede koffie. Paula is vriendelijk, vlot en behulpzaam.

Magnifique villa très bien située

Nous avons passé un super séjour au sein de la villa : très grands espaces intérieurs, tout de plain pied très agréable avec des enfants, espace extérieur avec piscine paradisiaque, tout ce à quoi on pense pour le mot "vacances"! La villa est très bien située, 10min de la mer, 3min du supermarché, restos,... Notre hôtesse a également été très facilitante pour la réception et la remise des clés. N'hésitez pas !!

Sehr schön

Die Anlage und der Außenbereich ist riesig und wunderschön. Es gibt jede Menge Platz zum Spielen. Sogar ein ganzer Basketball Platz ist vorhanden. Das Haus bietet auch eine Menge Platz und es ist sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Paula war super, von Anfang bis Ende. Kontra: das Wasser braucht ein wenig lange bis es warm wird, aber wenn man es weis wie es geht ist es ok ;)! Der Schooterweg rund ums Haus ist ein wenig laut, wenn Autos fahren. Alles in allem, war es ein wunderschöner perfekter Urlaub. Wir waren zu 6 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 10 und 13 Jahren!

Großzügiges Haus mit tollem Garten und Pool. Küche und Bäder nicht auf dem neusten Stand.

Für Familien ( ohne Baby) und Freunde gut geeignet. Umgebung sehr laut weil Kopfsteinpflaster auf den umliegenden Straßen und Fluglärm. Ohne Auto fast unmöglich, weil Restaurant, Strand, Stadt nicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Schöne Villa für viele Personen

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollen Pool in ruhiger Umgebung. Porto innerhalb von 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Würde wieder hinfahren. Kleines Manko war der Herd.

Povoa en verbeterpunten

Geweldige locatie. Strand op 10 min. met auto. Directe omgeving niet boeiend. Beiriz, waar het huis ligt heeft geen charme. Wel mooie tochten gemaakt. 's Morgens vroeg dendert er veel verkeer langs het huis. De matrassen waren erg hard en op een ander bed te zacht. Drie badkamers heel luxe, maar tegelijk douchen niet mogelijk; weinig druk op de douches. Service van huiseigenaar Paula heel goed en snel. Alle 'ongemakken' vallen weg door de prachtige ruime locatie van zowel het huis als het terrein eromheen. Absoluut een aanrader!

Très bon séjour

La villa est très agréable à vivre et conforme à l'annonce. Sa situation rend aisé les visites car les voies rapides sont proches. Il faut signaler toutefois qu'elle est bordée de rues très passantes et ses voies étant pavées, c'est assez bruyant. Attention non noté dans l'annonce, la piscine n'a pas de système de sécurité pour les enfants. La relation avec les propriétaires a été charmante et nous avons trouvé une villa extrêmement propre, ce qui est bien agréable. Merci à Paula pour sa réactivité.

Fabulous house

The property was perfect. Lovely spacious bedrooms, lounge and dining room. Well equipped kitchen. Great swimming pool, would have liked more towels as we were 5 adults and one 3year old. The basket ball court was a lovely surprise. On the down side having two busy roads on two sides of the house wasn’t great. Traffic noise started 6am. The beach wasn’t close by as we were told. One of the toilets became faulty. I notified the owner and within the hour a plumber had repaired it
