Football field beautiful manor house "Pena", built in 1890, renovated in 2017. Barqueiros 10 km from the centre of Esposende, 12 km from the centre of Barcelos, 6 km from the sea, 4 km from the river. Private: property 650 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, beach volleyball, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table. Stepped path to the house. Public parking. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 800 m, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Apúlia" 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 1 french bed. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. Wooden floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6), box-room.
