VILLA ON THE BEACH WITH HEATED POOL, INDOOR AND JACUZZI

The house is modern, luxurious and relaxing, nestled in a quiet village, with an excellent garden with a private outdoor pool, and another private indoor pool heated to 30 degrees, large garden with barbecue and table for 13 people, jacuzzi, and 5 rooms. sleeping and 5 bathrooms. We have a gym room, a desk, gym, a massage and fitness room, and a game room with snooker, playstation, matrecos, large poker table, and cards.

Villa Amor is located in Vila do Conde, near several beaches, 20 minutes from Porto, and can accommodate up to 10 adults and 2 children.

This villa features a JACUZZI always at 40 degrees always working all year round, fast fiber wifi, 500 European channel TV, air conditioning, sun and DVD equipment, modern kitchen, laundry, and pool support toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and consists of a refrigerator, freezer, wine cellar, ceramic hob, stove, exhaust fan, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine and small appliances. Laundry with washing machine.

The house has about 550 m2 and two 5 sleeping rooms, 3 suites, the other two rooms are adapted and comfortable, it has a library, a common room with a table for 12 comfortable people, another common room next to the pool and spa.

Ultra-modern kitchen equipped with American refrigerator, freezer, carafe, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and taipan. We also have all the small accessories that are necessary: chopper, magic wand, smoothie machine, balance, wok, chafing, etc.

There are 2 televisions in the common rooms.

Unlimited and free Wi-Fi Internet available.

No exterior, sofas and table for 12 people next to the barbecue. Beach towels are also available.

The House was amazing! we were a group of 10 people with 3 SUVs, enough space to park 4 cars in total. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi was so great and Joao very friendly and even welcomed us even if we arrived at a rather later hour. We would highly recommend staying in this Villa. It had everything we needed! Thanks again! :)

Excellent villa’

Excellent villa! Perfect for our large family group. Clean, tidy and well equipped. Garden was beautiful. Pools and jacuzzi were great for both young and old!! We had a small issue with the freezer not working but it was promptly dealt with. Shops and beach a bit too far away to walk to and at first we thought we may have to hire a car. But we can highly recommend using Uber!! Fantastic holiday!!

Propriétaire à l'écoute et disponible. Merci également au jardiner Antonio pour sa gentillesse et sa réactivité. La location d'une voiture est recommandée pour rejoindre le centre de la ville ( 30-35min). La maison est magnifique, propre et tout est fonctionnel.

La casa esta muy bien. La unica pega es que el solo se podia duchar con agua caliente una persona. Si se abrían mas grufos el agua salia fria. y que el wifi no llega a toda la estancia.

Heerlijk met wat verbeterpuntjes

Review huis in Portugal Dit huis is enorm groot en heeft veel luxe voorzieningen. We werden zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Antonio en zijn vrouw. We kregen een flesje port aangeboden en twee flessen water. Er lagen ook een paar flesjes (goedkope) wijn en wat sap klaar, maar die moesten afgerekend worden. Alles was erg schoon. Wij hebben genoten van het binnenzwembad (het buitenbad is meer een dompelbadje), de jacuzzi, de pooltafel en de grote woonkamer en keuken. De kinderen waren uren zoet met al het speelgoed en de tafeltennistafel. Wij waren met 12 personen, maar het huis voelt voortdurend ruim aan. Het is mooier dan op de foto's. Wat ons betreft zijn er ook nog wel wat verbeterpuntjes: De kussens zijn erg hard, de douches worden pas na heel lang wachten warm (en niet echt lekker warm) en in het zwembad zit zo enorm veel chloor dat meerdere mensen uit onze groep ernstige uitslag kregen. Daardoor hebben we op sommige dagen niet gezwommen. Verder moesten we op dag 2 allerlei zaken kopen zoals wcpapier en vaatwasblokjes. Wij hadden liever €10 meer betaald voor dit soort voorzieningen.  Dit huis is een aanrader voor gezinnen met kinderen, die een auto tot hun beschikking hebben om naar mooie plekjes toe te rijden.

Ons verblijf in deze villa was fantastisch!

We waren met 5 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (2 en 4 jaar). En het huis overtrof onze verwachtingen. Het is in alle opzichten ruim en luxe van opzet. Er is voldoende entertainment: pool-, tafelvoetbal- en tafeltennistafel, spelcomputer (ps3), dartbord, bordspellen en veel kinderspeelgoed. Daarnaast is er een heerlijk verwarmd zwembad, en een jacuzzi. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft zo'n beetje alles dubbel qua bestek e.d. De woonkamer is heerlijk ruim. De slaapkamers zijn erg ruim waarvan 3 met badkamer en suite, en 1 met badkamer er vlak naast. De locatie is ook prima. Er zit op 4 minuten lopen een lokaal supermarktje. En op 7 minuten rijden een grote Pingo Doce supermarkt. Slechts op 20 minuten rijden zit je van Porto en 40 minuten van Guimaraes en Braga. Ook de contactpersoon Antonio is zeer vriendelijk en laat heel netjes alles zien bij de rondleiding. Kortom: wij zouden hier ooit nog wel terug willen komen!

Amazing villa with everything you could need.

Very welcoming owners who have literally thought of everything you could possibly need. The villa was fabulous for us especially as the weather was bad and having the indoor pool and games room kept everyone entertained. There was plenty of room for 8 adults and 2 children to sleep and play without being under each other’s feet. Oranges and lemon trees in the garden which was lovely when the gardener left some for us, very welcome in a gin and tonic🍸😀 Beautiful area to explore with the beaches of Póvoa de Varzim a 5 minutes drive away, lovely beaches with many beachfront cafes, all reasonably priced. Shopping centre with bowling alley inside just in Porto and a seaside centre also in Porto which is only a 25 minute drive from the villa. There is also an outlet shopping centre nearby. All in all it was an amazing holiday and we would highly recommend the villa for people travelling in a large group

Prachtig comfortabel huis

Prachtig comfortabel huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. We zijn in de mei vakantie met 9 man voor 10 dagen in de villa geweest. De keuken is zeer luxe en ook van alles aanwezig op het gebied van apparatuur e.d. Het binnen zwembad is prettig. Wel iets teveel chloor in het water. Daarnaast is er buiten een zwembad, maar deze is zo klein, dat het meer een groot dompelbad is. De slaapkamers zijn ruim en aangrenzend heb je in de meeste slaapkamers een luxe douche met toilet. Het viel ons op, dat er in de keuken weinig aanwezig is zoals zout en peper, afvalzakken, vaatwasblokjes, , aluminium folie etc. We hebben nog behoorlijk wat van dit soort producten moeten kopen. Elke dag namen we een kan water met citroen uit eigen tuin. Echt een aanrader!
