This was an ideal property for our group of 9 attending a family wedding at a nearby ranch. We loved the front porch and spent some downtime just relaxing there between wedding events. The bedroom and bath layout worked for us. We didn't cook, but it was a two block walk to some excellent local restaurants for breakfast. We loved both the Miner's diner and the Purple Owl cafe. There are a number of cute shops as well and the entire town is an easy walk from the house. Overall a great stay and the house manager was very responsive, answering a couple of questions we had during our stay very promptly.

The property is as depicted in the photos. It was very nice and clean, with an amazing outdoor area for entertaining guests. The hosts charged us a 250 fee for hosting a dinner party, for which they provided 4 round tables and 32 chairs for our use.

Went up to Julian to watch the Perseid Comet shower. 3 couples of old friends got together and had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It had everything we needed and more. Communication with the owner was great. Couldn’t be happier and we would love to stay there again.
