This cozy victorian home was completely renovated in 2018. Circa 1890, most original wood flooring was refinished and kitchen update with new refrigerator, stove, microwave, and cabinetry. Kitchen also includes a coffee maker and toaster. Gas fireplace in living room with flat screen smart TV and WiFi. Master suite on main floor, two bedrooms upstairs with another full bath and flat screen. All bedrooms have queen sized beds with sitting area. Laundry room provide for guest use with ironing board and iron. Outside is a private fenced in yard with patio, chairs, and side tables for enjoying the cool evenings. This property is located just a block from the historical walking tour and within blocks of several restaurants, tourist attractions, historic homes, and shopping opportunities.

Remove opened food items from kitchen and take trash out to large trash bin outside of the kitchen door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

A very nice stay and a lovely little town

We had a great time! Pictures on VRBO were exactly as it looked. Cute, quaint little house. Location was great for walking to local establishments!

Beautiful Blue House

My family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at the “beautiful blue house” which is what my 4 year old daughter would say. It fit us perfectly with a nice area to relax and comfy beds.

Solar Eclipse in St. Genevieve

We rented Gabouri place to view the solar eclipse in 2024. It was a really nice little place. Clean and comfortable. Well situated just a couple of blocks away from shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while visiting the area.

Just right!

This property was clean and stocked with all that we needed: coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and substitutes, kitchen items. There was plenty of living room seating for visiting with friends. The lication was perfect, a close walk to history, restaurants and shops. The only drawback was the proxity to railriad tracks and night time and early morning trains. This didn't bother the other guests at all but did wake me. The location was

Comfortable and Cozy

We loved staying in this historic and modern updated home. The furniture and decorations were both comfortable and beautiful. I let Kate know there wasn't a large frying pan or iron and she brought us both that day. It is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and coffee shops. We stayed here for a family wedding and could walk to the venue. It was perfect and I highly recommend this home.

Three Friends Rendez-Vous - Perfect Location

Wonderful home! (One of us stayed here with other friends in August, and she recommended it to two of us for our October visit.) House is in a perfect location for walking to historic district - Centre for French Colonial Life, many historic homes, National Park Visitor Center, ASL Pewter Shop, QRT Tea Room, Harold's Famous Bee Co, and restaurants! House was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and roomy bedrooms. House was extremely clean! (We are "seniors" and upstairs bedrooms were easily accessible, as was walking to main town area. No problem with upstairs bathroom.). Great communications with Kate before and during visit! Les Trois Amies Rendez-Vous!

Charming cozy and clean, Gabouri Place was just what we needed for our weekend trip. Walking distance to shops, eateries and historic places like the beautiful must see St. Genevieve Catholic Church. Attentive hosts had everything we needed already in place and made check in/out a breeze. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gabouri Place.
