This little cottage was perfect for an anniversary weekend get away. It was super clean and so comfortable. We loved the location and were so excited to walk to all the treasures in Ste. Gen. Thank you for a fantastic stay!
We enjoyed our stay and your home was a perfect fit for us. We are vendors at the FOTLH. We simply walked to and from each day and avoided the traffic.
Quaint cottage within walking distance lots of shops and restaurants. Perfect location. This property had everything we needed for a girls weekend getaway!!
The house was perfect for our family of four as we explored all St. Genevieve had to offer. A quick walk to numerous places in town. About twenty minutes to great wineries and breweries and hiking. Place was clean and had everytning we needed. We look forward to coming back.
This house is located in the heart of the historic district, and was a great place to start your journey. We walked everywhere from this location, and enjoyed the local people as they were very nice hosts. The house was very clean and exactly as described. Thank you for letting us stay there, and we will most definitely stay there again!!

Galentine Trip
This little cottage was in a great location. There was 4 of us that went for a Galentine Trip. We booked the local trolley for a wine tour and due to our location they were able to pick us up right at our front door. The next day we just stayed in town and was within walking distance to quite a bit. It is nice and quaint little cottage. Would stay there again if we returned.

Perfect location
We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It is in the absolute perfect location to enjoy anything in the historic downtown are of Ste Genevieve. It is within walking distance to all the historic homes, restaurants, coffee and tea houses, and shops. It is well equipped. Has comfy beds and bedding and nice couch for lounging. Excellent shower and good AC. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our weekend getaway!
My friends and I have stayed here multiple times and we are never disappointed. Walking distance to several restaurants (literally just down the street) and other cute shops. Always clean and comfortable, and we never hear the train. We will continue to choose this property anytime it is available for our ladies weekend!
Host super responsive! House is in perfect location, could not ask for better. Walk to restaurants, tour the historical homes, shops and boutiques -and feel complerely safe. If you plan on cooking you might bring you own knife, other than that everything needed is there!
What a darling little cottage. Super clean!! We are vendors for the Jour de Fete. This location was perfect for us. Walk to dinner and to the event everyday.
This was a very comfortable cottage perfectly located in downtown Ste. Genevieve. The 2 bedrooms/1 bath was comfortable for my friend and I. This would also accommodate 2 couples, or a family with children. The backyard was pleasant with a comfortable sitting area. The best feature was the cottage's proximity to restaurants, shops, museums and museum houses. The owner was very prompt via text messages for any questions or concerns we had. Great place to stay for a long weekend!
Cozy, clean, comfortable and in an excellent location close to all Ste. Genevieve has to offer. It was great for our small family. We had a minor snafu with the door code on arrival, but it was quickly remedied by the host. Otherwise it would have been five stars in all categories.

The perfect setting and location
Everything was perfect from the pre-planning to the size and cleanliness of the house. All of the sites and eating establishments were within walking distance. In fact, there was one just across the street. We were also impressed with the amenities that were included in the house. It was the perfect choice for me and my 2 friends. I would certainly rent it again.
Great, but I would recommend 3 things, fans off some sort in bedrooms( become stuffy with door closed), tissue, and tell people you only have a single coffee maker, not just a coffee maker, I had to go buy some.
It's older and doesn't have a lot of the extras that I've found at other properties. But it worked well for our Silent Book Club weekend. Very comfortable. But refrigerator is very old and the shelves looked ready to break under the weight of a 12 pack of soda. Freezer doesn't even have an ice maker. But LOTS of towels and blankets.
We were very happy with the proximity to nail shops, we walked to our pedicure when we got into town. We walked to dinner and drinks, Saturday was an amazing hike about 30 mins away at pickle creek, everything is blooming now and the creek was rushing with water, it was marvelous and then that afternoon/ eve...only about 30 mins to a beautiful winery, Charleville!! Omg, did not disappoint!!! The only thing about Ste Genevieve is there is no nightlife, everything closes at 9pm and absolutely nothing Sunday morning for coffee downtown unless you go to church as I think everything closes for church goers. But we found an awesome place for breakfast in Bloomfield called The Kozy!! Sat on their porch and drank mimosas after our amazing breakfast. It was a very good weekend getaway for us!!
