Magnolia Mountain Home is a 1300 square foot home in Fairview, North Carolina. This farmhouse style home has a large, gorgeous hot tub for you to come home and relax after hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway or visiting Biltmore Estate. It has smart TV's and a beautiful kitchen for you to enjoy spending time together. You won't regret booking this lovely home!

There is a super cute coffee shop, Daymoon Coffee, within walking distance to the property. Cedar Cliff is currently building a shared green space for the community with a pavilion, grills and a fire pit. There is also a future plan brewing for a Brewhouse/Pub restaurant within walking distance that will host local beers and food trucks

Towels and linens are provided for you.

We are sorry but at this time there are no early check-in's and no late check-out's allowed due to cleaning procedures.

No pets are allowed at this property and a $500.00 fee will be added if one is brought in without permission.

Magnolia mountain

Nice location, great amenities. Convenient to Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Carpet in bedrooms is dirty and needs to be replaced.

Perfect place

I have never stayed at a rental home that felt so homey. We loved it so much. Super short drive to downtown. Grocery store and gas near by as well. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable Family Stay

We truly enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked with cutlery and pots/pans. Walking to Daymoon coffee was a great plus. There is also a community fire pit to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and perfectly situated off of a main road. Ingles is a 3min drive. Our only vice is the water pressure is weak, but that’s understandable given the elevation of the neighborhood. We would absolutely re-book here!!!

Great Biltmore Estate weekend getaway

Very modern and clean. Hot tub was so relaxing after visiting the beautiful Biltmore!

House was wonderful

Easy to find however there was not 2 twin beds so that was a problem it was a trundle bed and the volume on tv would not work unless you used the one in the main living room area two of the bed rooms had no storage to remove clothes from suite cases it would be nice to at least have shelves in the closet for small garments. Towel rack were broken in both bathrooms but overall we had a blast once the hot tub was serviced would definitely recommend you to others
