This property is incredible. It’s perfect for a group and has stunning views surrounding the house. We loved sitting on the back patio every morning and night. There is a shuttle stop close by and easy access to the park, restaurants, and stores. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay!!

The house is lovely and was very clean. It was like 3 apartments, 1 on each level. It’s wonderful for families, allowing each generation or family in the group to have their own space. The view out the back is gorgeous. Tori was responsive, helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay and would go again.

This was an amazing property that was perfect for large groups. We had 7 adults and we were very comfortable. inside and outside amenities were wonderful and it was close to a variety of services we used for our trip. The host was super sweet and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!!!

My group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Springdale! Views, proximity to the park, hot tub, sauna, and SUPER comfy beds were the highlights. Host was easy to communicate with and was very reasonable about adjusting our arrival time. Would stay here again with a big group in a heartbeat!

The house was perfect. Beautifully designed, spacious, functional and in a great location just by the virgin river. We spend three nights here and it was a great experience!! Can’t wait to visit Zion again.

We loved our stay here. The setting is amazing right on the Virgin River. The house was super clean and Tori took care of everything we needed including giving her own personal handwritten reccs. Zion is not too far and easy to get the shuttle or short walk or drive into town for restaurants and entering the park. We can’t wait to go back here and stay one day soon.

Excellent property located in an ideal location; early shuttle stop ensures a ride to the park. After a day exploring Zion the hot tub and sauna are nice to come home to, not to mention the spacious deck overlooking the river with lots of comfy seating. The host Tori is very friendly and easy to get in touch with if there are questions or any issues.

The house was even better than what we expected. 3 couples that had their own level to stay on. Right on the river. Tori was awesome with communication and offering advice on where to hike.

This home was amazing! We wanted a home that would have enough room for us and our adult children and the location was perfect. Tori, our host, met us on arrival to show us around the home. There are 3 levels with 2 bedrooms on each so we could spread out. We had views of Zion from every window and deck. There was a fully stocked kitchen and all the amenities were updated and modern. We grilled a couple of nights and the hot tub was wonderful. Tori gave us some great recommendations for local activities and restaurants and responded to any questions we had. The home had ample parking and privacy yet it was close to the shuttle bus that took you up to Zion National Park. It was so convenient for sight seeing and visiting the local shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay here.

We have such a wonderful stay at Observation Point! The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the host was lovely! Girls trip to Zion was definitely upgraded with this stay, would rent again and recommend to others!

This house was such a lovely place to stay while visiting Zion National Park. There were plenty of beds for everyone and everything was quite comfortable. The house was a great distance to the park and the bus stop in was very close. It was just perfect. We had a great time!
