Fellow travelers with sensitivities or mobility concerns may want to note a few details. While the property featured a well-stocked kitchen with an efficient meal prep layout, comfortable beds, two large functional TVs, a nice selection of books, and a convenient neighborhood with bus transit, it ultimately felt like a poor value overall.Safety and accessibility were notable concerns. The concrete steps leading to the front porch are quite steep and nearly caused a fall upon arrival. Similarly, the interior stairwell to the basement is very steep, and some guests may find it difficult to navigate safely.Regarding the basement and bathroom, the carpeted lower level emitted a chemical scent that impacted my respiratory comfort. The basement bathroom utilized a plug-in air freshener to mask moisture issues; it has a low ceiling, no windows, and a loud ventilation fan that guests may turn off prematurely, leading to proper moisture control. The plaster shower liner had a distinct mildew odor and needs replacement, and installing a towel hook near the tub would improve convenience. Many furnishings felt lower in quality given the nightly rate, and a portable audio device lacked a standard USB power cord. Addressing the stair safety, ventilation, and updating the shower liner and carpets would significantly improve future stays.

Jon I’m sorry I was not able to extend your stay I. Your time of need. I had another group that booked several months before you. I’ve been renting my place out for 8 years with no mention of basement issues. Maybe you didn’t use the exhaust fan for shower? I hope the best for you and your family.
This house was so nice! Perfect for our group of friends for the weekend. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, patio was really nice, parking was easy to get on the street, nice location too with plenty of food and shops nearby. Nathan was a great host and answered any questions we had. Would love to stay again if we are back in Seattle.
This house is in a great location, close to many places to eat and drink. The house was clean and welcoming, everything looked just as the pictures portray. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Seattle.
Nice property for family, 3 full rooms and additional living spaces to spread out. Great kitchen, very well appointed! Nathan is a great communicator. Enjoy!
Repeat visit for Thanksgiving and everything was just as nice as last year. Clean, convenient location, well equipped kitchen, and Nathan left several welcome back treats to make our stay nicer.
Outside space was amazing. Kitchen well appointed. We fed lots of graduates, without difficulty or running out of supplies. Great location, parking easy. Would highly recommend.
Loved the first floor! Bright bedrooms - clean kitchen, cute outdoor space and large living area! Basement bedroom was very small but doable! Little sauna is fun - for two smaller people or just solo is best! Easy access to Seattle!
We had a group of six and loved how accommodating the space was! Super clean, great house notes with recommendations and convenient location to grocery store and local restaurants and best of all bus stops within a block. Close enough to bars/clubs but not too close! Excellent house!! Hope to be back soon.
This house was really great! Very nice appointments from the kitchen to bedrooms and plenty of space and everything is well maintained. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate it as an 11. Thank you very much!
We know we enjoyed our stay, gave you the feel of the city life. My only recommendation would be thicker bath towels. Other than that we really enjoyed the home, location, and our family trip to Seattle. Owner was easy to work with and provided excellent instructions and tips about the area.
We rented Nathan's house for a little family meet-up in Seattle. It was perfect - plenty of space, good location, and very comfy. We especially loved the outdoor deck - was a great place to hang and catch up. Nathan was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Seattle stay
This was honestly one of the best air bnb I have stayed at. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. The house was lovely and perfect for me and my 4 other friends stay in Seattle. Location was great close walking distance to restaurants, bakery’s and a brewery. Easy transportation to downtown and he had great recommendations . It’s a must stay if you are looking for a place in Seattle

Spectacular May vacation in Seattle
Very nice property. Comfortable home, well maintained, and generous with the amenities. Tons of room. Loved the screen door to the back patio. Our dog learned to use it in a matter of minutes and had access to outside whenever she wanted. Loved the keypad to get in and out of the house. The location is convenient and easy to get to different areas in Seattle. The driveway is a bit daunting so it was nice to have parking in front of the house. A big thanks to Nathan to making us feel so welcome!

Clean and comfortable home near Seattle University. Easy to walk to restaurants. Kitchen is new and spacious. Lots of rooms for a family to feel comfortable. Union is a very busy street, lots of traffic noise early in the morning, could be a problem for light sleepers.
