This beautiful Mexican style beach house has a natural elevation that allows for an unobstructed view to The Sea of Cortez. Four of the five bedrooms has access to a patio with views of the beautiful blue waters. Inside, boasts a mesmerizing, artisanal brick boveda ceiling with cupula that will for sure amaze you. Snuggle up to the authentic Mexican tiled fireplace with the family while listening to the sounds of the waves. This home boasts five bedroom with four out of the five bedrooms having on suite bathrooms for that extra privacy. Four queen beds, bunkbed with two twin beds and a full size bed in the bunkbed room. Dine outside on the expansive patio with the amazing sea as your backdrop. This home is only a five minute drive away from shops, restaurants, bars and markets. Come enjoy the tradition and beauty that only Mexico has to offer.

Great beach close to town

Martha’s communication was excellent. Small items of concerned were addressed promptly. We enjoyed our stay. Nice access to beautiful beach.

Getaway with friends

12 of us stayed comfortably in this house in Las Conchas. It is only one house away from the beach so it was a great location. We liked hanging on the balcony during the evenings because of the view. The owner, Martha, is very good with communication and answering any questions we had. Would recommend this house to anyone traveling to Rocky Point.

Not what we expected

The owner was responsive to our issues but the house was over priced for what you get. It is an older home compared to others in the community and needs some updating. The fridge is old and not large enough to accommodate big groups nor did it keep our food cold enough. The bunk bed in the guest room is nothing but springs, no mattress, some of the mattress’s in the house had no covers so they were dirty with stains. We also had problems with ants in the kitchen everyday. The main problem was the beach in front of the house location is all rocks so we had to drive to a different beach (sandy beach) to swim in the ocean. There is a very sweet kitty on the property that may have been dumped by someone.. None of us were able to take him home sadly. Next time we will stay somewhere else.

It was ok

The wrong code was given to us..no problem...was emailed the correct code. Tried to warm up food with 15 minutes of arrival and the microwave did not heat. Notified the owner and was told that prior visitors did not mention it and thete were no complaints. What does that have to with my experience and the fact that the microwave did not work. Maybe the prior guests broke it and did not say anything. Light was burned out in upstairs bathroom. The space was good. Slept our entire party. Room with multiple beds was extremely hot. Probably will not stay here again.

We love spending time with our five kids at the beach in Rocky Point, Mexico! My dream has always been to own a little piece of paradise in Rocky Point. Come enjoy this dream with us!!

Why they chose this property

We pick this home from many options because of its amazing views, proximity to the beach and its size. With our big family we needed room for us, our kids and friends or family to be able to come with! This home has unique built in beds, night stands and bunkbeds!! We loved the Mexican charm. This home feels like a true Mexican beach house! A lot of work and love went into this home to get it ready for us and you to enjoy.

Unique elevation allows for an unobstructed view to the beautiful, blue ocean. The amazing boveda ceiling with cupola is such a great example of the spectacular, Mexican craftsmanship.

Sleep in complete comfort with our added installation of mini-split AC/Heater in every room. You are in complete control of your bedroom temperature with the click of a button. (Please turn off unit when not in the room)
