Please be aware, at this cabin due to restrictions in the subdivision, there is a strict NO MOTORCYCLE/NO TRAILER/NO EXCEPTIONS Policy in place. If you bring a motorcycle or Trailer to this location, they may be towed at your expense or you may be asked to leave the community. At Blue Sky Cabin Rentals we do offer other properties that are motorcycle and trailer friendly so please let us know if you will be bringing either and we will be happy to send you quotes for other options.



Appropriately named and beautifully constructed Whitewater Lodge is perched just above the picturesque rushing waters of the Cartecay River. From the impressive 72" HDTV with state of the art surround sound to the custom kitchen this cabin is sure to take your breath away. If it`s fun and games you`re looking for this cabin has it. If a little work is necessary while here, no worry, a new computer, and a desk are also part of the package. As you carry along to the loft overlooking the phenomenal great room stop and admire the craftsmanship in the dining room and along the unique walls throughout the cabin. Once you reach the loft you have access to an amazing selection of entertainment. This place has it ALL!



After you catch your breath from all this cabin has to offer you can carry on over into one of the two custom furnished bedrooms both with 42" Flat-panel TV and spacious bathrooms with dual shower heads and beautiful custom stone and tile work. To ensure a good night`s rest, you`ll find Serta Perfect Sleeper Super Pillow Top Mattresses and Luxury Quilted Heated Mattress Pads. Of course, only the finest 600 thread count Egyptian linens will adorn these beds. Serta Perfect Sleeper King Pillows, 100% cotton, hypoallergenic finish the experience. Once outside enjoy a spectacular view of the river or if you would like to get closer walk a few short steps and enjoy your own private deck on the river. DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

Whitewater Lodge is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath log home that sleeps up to six (6) guests and offers the following:


King Master on MAIN level private bath walk-in shower, gas fireplace (active only Oct 1st - Apr 1st), 46" flat-screen TV
King bedroom on UPPER-level private bath walk-in shower, 46" flat-screen TV

NO motorcycles, ATV`s, or trailers allowed on the property. All paved roads to this cabin
Dog-Friendly - (DOGS MUST BE ON A LEASH) Dog beds, water and food bowls provided (Community requires that pets be on a leash at all times)

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:



Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide complimentary start-up supplies of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.



Required Fees include $165 Cleaning Fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
