Two bedroom two bath ocean view villa, 1,174 sq. ft. residence that features one king and one queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, furnished lanai and views of the ocean, beach and pool. A free-standing tub and separate shower await in the luxurious bathroom, while modern amenities include HD televisions and Blu-ray player.

Rentals are subject to state of Hawaii taxes and vary by unit size. The fee is approximately $39/day for two-bedroom units. Additionally, a resort fee of approximately $45/day applies, and valet parking is approximately $40/night. The fee is payable at checkout, at the front desk, and is not included in the total VRBO rental price. This is subject to change per State of Hawaii Regulations.

Excellent Vacation

We really enjoyed our time on Maui and the ability to stay at the Hyatt Residence Club in Kaanapali. It’s a property that we’d been wanting to stay at for several years. The kids all loved it, the pools, the beach, the staff, just about everything was perfect, particularly with all the COVID protocols still in effect, this unit enabled us to have a great family vacation in a clean and safe atmosphere. The views were especially incredible!

Fabulous stay!

We just returned from a week stay at the Hyatt Residences in Lahaina. Property and unit were exactly as described. Transaction with Adriana was seamless and she was very responsive. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fabulous trip with gorgeous view, room to spread out, resort amenities, quiet. Thank you Adriana!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING PROPERTY AND HOST!!!!!

This was the most amazing property. It had everything a family needed for a vacation. This is a FIRST CLASS PROPERTY and the host has prepared this property to make whoever rents it to not worry about anything except enjoying their vacation. We couldn't have had a better room. Along, with the property Adriana is by far an EXCEPTIONAL host. I would highly recommend this property and host if someone is looking for a property in Maui. We had an OUTSTANDING VACATION....Thank you Jeff and Adriana!!!

Maui Vacation

Our family trip to Maui was amazing- the property was very nice- the Condo could use some updates. When we arrived, after a delayed flight and a very long day of travel, The second bathroom did not have a shower curtain and the pull out bed did not have bedding prepared or in the room. We only had 3 towels in the room as well. We called to have the items sent up and only received the bedding. The following day we called again for the additional items and only received the towels. After the third call the shower curtain was provided. The carpet was worn and frayed, couch cushions were discolored and dishwasher had missing buttons and a panel that was not attached. We did experience a power outage for a few hours on our last night at the resort, which was a bummer because we wanted to try the steakhouse for our final dinner in Maui, the restaurant obviously had to close due to the outage. The room, even with the previous mentioned needed upgrades, was comfortable with a beautiful lanai and view of the ocean. The staff are very friendly and the property is very well kept. The location could not have been better. We enjoyed the Luau on the premises and walking along the boardwalk exploring the beautiful beaches and shops/ restaurants. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay was wonderful! Great location on Kaanapali boardwalk. Easy walk to Whaler village and many restaurants. Not far from Downtown Lahina. VRBO rental process went smooth. Can’t wait to rent this place again in Maui!! 🌴

Great Location - some signs of age

Hyatt Residence Club - excellent location, great property. It was built in 2014 and is showing some signs of age: couches had some staining, carpets had some staining, shower seal leaked, bath fan did not work, elevator panels were warn and scratched. None of these make the property a bad choice. The staff said materials are held up due to the pandemic and that they are aware of the issues. We would come here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great experience. The room was plenty big enough for my family of 5. Having a washer/dryer made our week long stay much easier. The location is great. Walking distance to Whalers Village, tons of beach to explore. We took advantage of the bar and bar service on property and the restaurant at the adjacent Hyatt property. No need to leave the poolside if you prefer to chill all day. We will be back!

The Best of Both Worlds

The Hyatt Residence Club Kaanapali is the best of both worlds in that it provides the conveniences of condo-style living, with the benefits and amenities of a full-service resort. The unit we stayed in was wonderful. It was spacious and comfortable; the kitchen had everything you could need; the decor was modern; the master bathroom was large with both a tub and a shower, and two separate vanity areas. The balcony was huge! There was a small table with four chairs where you could eat a meal, a chaise lounger, and two cushioned chairs. We were fortunate to be assigned to the 6th floor and the view was incredible! The balcony can be entered from both the living room and/or the master bedroom, and the balcony doors fully retract if you want to open the whole place up to gorgeous view! Overall, I would describe the unit as clean, but I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for cleanliness because the tile in the shower had some mold spots. The resort itself was lovely. The beach is pretty small, but there's enough room to enjoy it. Next time, we will plan ahead and rent a beach bed (located just beyond the sand, very close to the ocean). The grounds of the resort and pools were well maintained. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful. One night, we were headed down to Whalers Village for dinner and Justin, at the valet desk, took us down in a golf cart. We called him when we were done and he zipped back down to pick us up! We utilized the pool next door at the Hyatt Regency a couple of times. The pools at the Residence Club are lovely, and I appreciated that they were generally quieter compared to next door, and it also seemed easier to find chairs at the Residence pools. However, our 12-year old son liked the facilities next door as it was "more fun" (think water slide and waterfalls). The grotto bar next door was also fun. Again, the best of both worlds since we could go back and forth and use whichever pools we wanted at any given time. Location wise, Whalers Village (a 3-story outside shopping mall) is a 10-minute walk from the resort. We went there twice to eat lunch and dinner. The town of Lahaina is just a couple of miles away. We spent a lot of time on Front Street eating, strolling and shopping. Last (but not least!), communication with our host was great. We had no issues whatsoever. I'm summary, we would book this property again in a heartbeat and hope to do so sooner than later!

Majestic View - Great Location

Our jaws dropped when we stepped into the unit. Apparently, the pictures don't do this listing justice because my wife was blown away and unaware that the unit and view would be so spectacular. It's on the 9th floor and is a square ocean view, with Lana'i front and center. The condo was spotless upon our arrival and we received one cleaning during our week stay that served as a welcome refresh. Communication throughout the booking process and leading up to arrival were excellent and concise. This is an easy 5/5 in every way and we would definitely stay again, and hope we get the chance too.

This was a perfect place to spend my 30th wedding anniversary. The condo was amazing with incredible views. Everything was first class and the resort was in a very convenient location. Beautiful Resort.

This was a beautiful resort and the service was outstanding. We had a two bedroom that was extremely well equipped with first class amenities. We originally booked a room in the Hyatt hotel but this was so much more comfortable than a small hotel room. It has a full kitchen, washer, dryer and two huge bathrooms. We booked through Adriana Prata and I was a little reluctant at first since she did not have any reviews. However, she responded to all of my questions quickly and she delivered everything she promised. She was a pleasure work with and is a true professional!
