We have another house to offer you under the reference 998207 same service except that instead of a walk-in shower there is a bath

You will enjoy spending your holidays in this beautiful and elegant new house (2015) solar (eco-tourism) and respecting the principles of local architecture but also offering a warm atmosphere inside with the comfort of our time. A private pool aboveground wood newly installed (2016) and is at your disposal in the garden of the house. (You have the exclusive use).
The ecological advantages: Built entirely self-built we used only natural and sustainable materials (wood frame, wood felt insulation and cellulose wadding, casein paint, lime wash ... the house is new so it feels the nine).
We have virtually eliminated cov (see definition on google) .. in order to have a healthy indoor air and protect our children (asthma). We ask you not to smoke in the house and use green products for cleaning. (stipulate in the rules to ensure the air quality).
It is possible to rent this house for longer duration but always seasonal (from September to June)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus in romantischem Dorf mit gigantischem Pool

Wir haben als 6-köpfige Familie das Ferienhaus im Sommer gemietet. Das Dorfzentrum mit Bäcker, kleinem Laden und Pizzabäcker war in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen. Große Lebensmittelketten in 5-15min mit dem Auto. Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man sich gut im Haus aufhalten - als Passivhaus war es sehr gut gedämmt und hat sich Nachts entsprechend abgekühlt. Einziges Manko war die fehlende Klimaanlage - die in der Hausbeschreibung aufgeführt war (darum 4 von 5 Sterne). Das Haus war super sauber und bot neben viel Platz einen wirklich großen warmen Pool. Wir haben viele Stunden jeden Tag darin verbracht bis in die Nacht hinein. Ein weiteres Higlight: Wunderbar konnte man den Flug der Fledermäuse beobachten. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich - zum Austausch haben wir den Google-Übersetzer genutzt. Ein wunderbarer Ort, zu dem wir gerne zurückkehren.

Une semaine ressourçante en famille. Petits et grands ont apprécié tout particulièrement la piscine délicieuse du matin au soir . Située entre mer et montagne en 30 minutes, chacun peut choisir ce qu'il aime. Merci à Marie pour son accueil.

Maison calme et agréable à vivre.

La maison correspond tout à fait aux photos, nous étions 4 et avions assez d'espace pour chacun, la chambre twins est entre les deux chambres double ce qui permet d'avoir de l'intimité. Tout est très bien équipé sur place, beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine (pensez à apporter essuie et maniques). Le jardin est agréable, la piscine est top. Le village est très calme, la boulangerie très bonne (je recommande d'essayer la pipelette), les terrains de boules sont juste derrière le jardin avec tournois les mardis et vendredi de 21h à 1h, les villageois sont très sympas et accueillants. Supermarché à 5 min en voiture. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour, je recommande !

5 Sterne für's Wohlfühlen

Wir waren drei Wochen in Marie´s Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in einem super Zustand und hat einen absoluten Wohlfühlcharakter. Mit der schlichten Einrichtung und der ökologischen Bauweise hat es ein gutes Kilma in der Hitze (Juli/August). Wohnküche, sowie Bad und die drei Schlafzimmer sind absolut ausreichend eingerichtet und wir haben uns einfach total wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was fehlt sind Kleinigkeiten wie scharfe Messer. Der Garten ist schön abgeschirmt und wir hatten somit vollen Erholungsfaktor und Privatssphäre. Der Pool ist klein aber fein und war eine willkommene Erfrischung in den heißen Tagen. Vor dem Haus ist ein Boule-Platz, die uns direkt ein sehr französisches Savoir-Vivre vermittelte. An manchen Tagen werden kleine Tourniere der Dorfbewohner*innen ausgetragen, und wir fühlten uns trotz mangelder Fähigkeiten sehr willkommen und integriert in die Dorfgemeinschaft. 100m vom Haus ist ein Winzer mit wunderbarem Rosé im Direktverkauf. Schließlich muss dringend erwähnt werden, dass die Vermieterin Marie und ihr Mann wahnsinnig freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend sind. Leider war unser Französisch zu schlecht, um uns mehr mit Ihnen zu unterhalten. Aber bei wirklich jedem Problem und jeder Frage waren sie sofort zur Stelle, extrem entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können dieses Haus unbedingt wärmstens empfehlen. 5 Sterne.

En rentrant dans cette villa, nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la qualité des prestations et la fraîcheur à l'intérieur de la maison. malgré un prix très abordable. Belle terrasse ombragée, piscine au dimension idéale sur un terrain arboré. L'accueil sympathique , les propriétaires sont gentils et discrets. Je recommande cette maison pour un séjour reposant dans un beau cadre.

Une vraie maison de vacances

Maison très agréable par ces volumes et sa décoration. La piscine est de bonne dimensions, la terrasse ombragée est délicieuse matin, midi et soir. Notre séjour en famille s'est très bien déroulé, l'accueil a été charmant et la maison est très bien équipé ( table de ping pong, lave vaisselle et lave linge, barbecue, etc...) Sa conception permet de conserver une certaine fraîcheur qui est très appréciable lors de longues journée à la plage. Aucune mauvaise surprise, au contraire, des pastilles pour les machines, des dosettes de café, du charbon sont disponibles dès l'arrivée. Nous reviendrons à coups sur dans cette maison lors de nos futures vacances dans cette région.

Nous avons été au festival de jazz à Villeneuve les bezier à la féria de Bézier et les cinés ne sont pas loin. Les avantages du SUD sans la foule.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at this house. It was a wonderful place to rest from our busy lives and build family memories. The owners were very welcoming, and we had the opportunity to visit a few times. They were always available to make sure we were comfortable, answer any questions, and give recommendations of things to do in the area. The house is very new (July 2015) and is very clean, with new appliances and furniture. It still has a fresh new house smell. The paint is all natural as this is an eco-home, and we had a good discussion with the owners about the benefits of this type of construction. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the spacious living area and good sized bedrooms. The back yard is fenced separately from the other houses on the property, so we could enjoy the privacy of the location. Our kids also enjoyed the grapes in the backyard that were in season. The pool is accessed through the owner’s yard, but we were given exclusive use of the pool area whenever we wanted. Wi-Fi, TV, and washing machine are provided in the house. Since we have young children, the owner provided us with a small bath for the youngest ones. We were also provided with a pack-n-play and a high chair for our one year old. We also enjoyed the location. At the edge of a small town, the view out the back patio doors is of rolling countryside. A few small shops are located within walking distance, and several grocery stores within a few minutes’ drive. Any other necessities can be found within about 15 minutes. We took several trips to the beach only 30 minutes away, and there are many other interesting sites in the area that are easily accessible. We have and will continue to recommend this location, and we will stay again if we have the opportunity.
