Sam Rayburn Lake Waterfront House with Beautiful Sandy Beach

This is a beautiful waterfront lake 3 BR, 2 Bath house property which offers you a quiet and serene atmosphere to relax and also enjoy the refreshing clear lake water. Total bedding for 8 includes 2 queens, 1 full, 3 twins. This is an awesome place to get away for a week or weekend to do some fishing from the rock cliff bank overhanging the lake, wade fishing, swimming, boating, golfing, and hunting or just to enjoy the outdoors. Bring your fishing and swimming gear and beach tent to enjoy the long sandy beach area. Relax and play cards, domino games & horseshoes with the kids.

NO PETS ALLOWED due to grandchild with allergies.

Right next to the property is the beautiful Ebenezer Park for hiking and roped-off swimming area. Humphrey's Public boat ramp is approximately 7 minutes boat ride to rental property. Max parking at the lake house is 2 vehicles with boats. Overflow boat parking is available approx. 100 yards southeast of the lake house next to the Ebenezer Park. PLEASE DO NOT EXCEED THE MAX OF 2 VEHICLES & BOATS DUE TO LIMITED PARKING SPACE. Boat rentals are available at Powell Park at 409-584-2624 or at Twin Dikes at www.Lake-Boat-Rental.info at 409-795-0140. Call them for rates and request they deliver the rental boat to the Humphrey's Public boat ramp for easy pick-up. Within a short 15 minutes boat ride, Powell Park has a cafe and inflatable water slides in their swim area for family fun at a very reasonable price. Several great restaurants within 3 miles east on FM 255 including Stumps and Hamburger Depot. Jasper is twenty minutes away by car with great restaurants & shopping. Cabin is fully furnished, including linens, dishes, and outdoor grill - so just bring your fishing pole, food, charcoal, & drinks. A fish cleaning station is also available at our lake house. Housekeeping fee is $125.

Recommended renter preparation -
1. The L.O.L. rent house is located in a gated community called O’Neal Hill adjacent to the Army Core of Engineers Ebenezer Park off FM 255
2. Be sure to enter the address (2070 Private Rd 6065 Jasper TX) and zip code (75951) in your GPS map for directions
3. Code for security gate to enter the O’Neal Hill Subdivision and front door key lock box will be provided before arrival
4. Upon arrival, you need to turn on the water. The water valve is located on the left side of the house next to the AC unit - under the wooden box.
5. There are general house guidelines posted on the refrigerator door
6. We provide linens, dishes, charcoal grill, basic local TV, board games & horse shoes.
7. No WIFI service available unless you use your cell phone as a hot spot.
8. Excellent cell phone access available in the area (especially Verizon, Spectrum).
9. Be sure to bring your lawn chairs, hammock, charcoal, fishing gear, floats, life jackets, & favorite games.

What a great spot

Excellent lake front house on Sam Rayburn! We were 2 families of 4 each and this place had plenty of room. The area down by the water was awesome for the kids, fishing was great, it's basically an ocean style beach but on a lake! Won't ever stay anywhere but here on Rayburn.

Weekend trip to the lake with friends and family. This house was perfect, very homey, lots of beds and room for the kids to play around. The house is lake front and has awesome beach/ sand bar access and is in a great location. The owners were very helpful with great communication.

Easter weekend

This was a wonderful property, by far the most clean I've stayed at. We had 0 issues. Kitchen was well stocked. The view was amazing and right on the water( but down a steep hill). I was able to catch a nice 6lb bass on the second cast!! We had an amazing time!

Perfect weekend get away with friends!

The water, sandy beach, and porch made for a perfect weekend of relaxing and making memories with friends. The house is so very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Lots of towels in all the bathrooms. The porch is perfect for mornings and evenings. A fish cleaning station is handy too. Plenty of room for a fish fry, sitting around the fire pit, and yard games. The owners were available if we needed them, but we did not. Beautiful drive into the property too!

Beautiful lake view from the lake house. Beautiful sandy beach for swimming and anchoring boats with a very short walk down the hill from the lake house. Very clean, nice story and half lake house (3 BR & 2 Bath) with large den and large covered back patio overlooking the lake. Great family time around the camp fire (roasting marsh mellows, smores, hot dogs, etc.) overlooking the lake.
