About this property

Authentic half-timbered house near Deauville, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge,

Our cottage opens its doors for a weekend, a week or more. You will be welcomed (e) with friendship and everything will be done to make your stay a rural and friendly remembrance in the best comfort.

Around the house, you will access a vast range of sports or relaxation. The cottage is located about 15 minutes from the beaches of Cabourg and Deauville. You can enhance your stay by visiting the sites of Calvados, the surrounding villages, the landing beaches, the Cotentin peninsula, the Normandy Switzerland, the Pays d'Auge and enjoy the many cultural events organized by the region such as festivals (American Festival Deauville, Cabourg Romantic Film, the Equi'days ...). Numerous sporting activities are available such as horse riding, horse racing, golf, sailing ... And you can also enjoy your weekends visiting the many flea markets organized in the region. Downstairs in the
lounge, in addition to the main electric heating, a nice fireplace animate your evenings. Ideal after a long walk by the sea or when the evenings are cool.
The cottage has a TV with satellite receiver and TNT (about 150 programs with different languages ​​are available) and a mini-stereo system and a DVD.

The cottage has two separate bathrooms two toilets (ground floor and first floor).

Our cottage is composed of two 1st floor attic with double beds and an equipped large room with a double bed and three single beds. A cot is also available. We offer an additional package for bed linen beds and towels and a cleaning package. a dining room for convivial meals or lounge on the two beige leather sofas. A wooden high chair is also available.

The kitchen equipment consists of a fitted gas stove & electric hob, oven and microwave, grill, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer ...
The garden with an area of ​​3500 m² is neat and completely surrounded by a wooded hedge. It will be a source of joy for you children. A long harbor provides access to private parking. The garden is fully enclosed for your children or your dog.
To pass beautiful days in the open, you have a south-facing terrace, sun loungers, a large outdoor table and barbecue. The lawn is open to allow for outdoor games.

Great for kids, dogs and trips by car

We loved the stay in this house. Madame Moriot was very friendly and very helpful! Our kids and the dog loved the garden. The rooms were nice and we slept well in the beds. There was enough space for all of us. All places we wanted to visit were 20 to 40 minutes away by car including the beach. We will definitely return! Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent property which was accurately described. It was in a village in a quiet area. Location was very good for visiting a large number of interesting places.The garden was huge and secure for our 2 dogs. Veronique was very helpful in every way. She contacted a reliable local garage for us to check our car.The restaurant in the village served extremely good local food. We would definitely use it again if we return to the areaFor us it was the perfect property, thanks to Veronique.

Snow whites house

The house was located in a large secure fenced garden. Ideal for a young family or a family that wants to bring their dog. The house is adequately equipped with everything you need. You can also hire bed linen and towels from Veronique. Veronique made you feel welcome and made you aware of what was in the surrounding area such as supermarket, fuel, the local bakers and local places of interest. Lovely house in a good quiet location. An enjoyable holiday had by all.

A wonderful stay that exceeded our expectations

We had such a wonderful stay at Beaufour-Druval, which exceeded our expectations. The property is set in beautiful private, secure grounds with plenty of room for children and pets to run around safely. The house itself was beautifully clean and very well equipped with more pots, pans, cutlery and plates than you could ever need. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions and queries. Rurally set in a quiet and peaceful village. Within 5-10 minutes by car you can reach bakeries and a large supermarket, 20 minutes and you have a choice of beaches, only a bit further afield and you have plenty more to explore! Great value for money and overall a wonderful and enjoyable stay. Thank you very much.

Jolie maison typique idéalement située

Nous étions 4 adultes, 1 bébé et 2 chiens, le logement tout comme le jardin clos étaient spacieux, accueillants et typiques. Logement bien équipé en vaisselle, objets du quotidien, électroménager, articles de puériculture. La maison est encore plus jolie en réalité que sur les photos de l'annonce.Idéalement située, 10min de Cambremer et Beuvron, 20min de Cabourg et Deauville, 30min d'Honfleur et Ouistreham, parfait !Hôte qui va dans les détails pour les explications et qui est facilement joignable. Tolle Lage, prima Garten

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist sehr familienfreundlich und Veronique kümmert sich um alles. Der Garten ist unbeschreiblich groß und toll für Mensch und Tier. Sowohl die Anreise als auch die Abreise/Übergabe lief völlig unkompliziert. Die Lage ist toll, um jeden Tag ein neues Stück der Normandie zu entdecken. Insgesamt reisen wir sehr zufrieden ab und wünschen Veronique eindach nur das beste.

tolles Fachwerkhaus in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist riesig, das Haus bietet fast alles, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert.. Wir können das Haus, dass ideal für Ausflüge an die Küste, aber auch die Cidreroute, nette Orte rundherum und etwas weitere Ausflüge nach Caen, Bayeux, Mont St. Michel oder Rouen und viele mehr,ideal liegt,empfehlen. Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Calvados.

Excellent séjour ,la situation est idéale, et la propriétaire met à disposition des informations très complètes sur les lieux à visiter . Seul bémol, une literie confortable mais un peu vétuste.

bonjour le lit de 160 les deux matelas ont 3 ans , les deux petits lits de 80 ont 3 ans et par contre le matelas dunlopilo en 140 , nous l avons change cette semaine , car nous avons commencé les travaux , ayant 2 semaines non loué en mars , pose de toile de verre dans les 2 wc et salles de bain , peinture plafond et mur , détapisser la cuisine , et remis toile de verre plus peinture . le gîte est propre , impeccable , et le matelas est changé ,c' etait prévu le principal , c ' est qu il etait encore confortable , vous avez oublié de me le dire juste avant votre départ , dans ma question , est ce que tout s est bien passé , cordialement

Très agréable escapade normande !

La maison est très agréable (la propriétaire aussi ^^), la cheminée nous a fait oublier le crachin, le enfants ont profité du jardin et de la balançoire. L'emplacement permet de profiter aussi bien du bord de mer que de la campagne. Un séjour très cosy !

Gîte au calme pour réunion de famille

Nous avons été apprécié les échanges avec Véronique pour la disponibilité du gîte. Le gîte est très agréable, au calme et le jardin est très joli et bien sécurisé pour les enfants. L’espace de vie intérieure est confortable. Spacieux pour la salle à manger et le salon. Les chambres sont corrects. Nous avons apprécié les 2 salles de bain et les 2 toilettes séparées ( nous étions 6 adultes et 2 enfants). Bref nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille.

Huis met prachtige tuin op goede locatie

Mooi huis met prachtige grote tuin. In huis is alles aanwezig. Goede locatie, centraal voor veel bezienswaardigheden. Minpunten zijn de enorme kuil in één tweepersoonsbed en de rioollucht van de badkamer.

Au coeur du Pays d'Auge

Nous avons passé une semaine printannière entre amis dans cette région si apaisante. La maison est agréable, entourée d'un grand jardin clos. Une très vaste pièce séjour-cuisine au rez de chaussée avec WC , salle de douche et buanderie. Un escalier droit avec deux rampes (très commode pour les seniors !) permet d'accéder à trois chambres mansardées dont deux assez petites mais tout à fait confortables.Propriétaire très accueillante que vous pourrez solliciter en cas de problème ou pour obtenir de bonnes adresses. En résumé, un lieu de séjour calme, parfait en famille ou entre amis.

Großzügiges normannisches Fachwerkhaus

Vergangenen Sommer durften wir mit zwei Erwachsenen und vier Kindern Gast in diesem schönen Haus in der Normandie sein. Es erwartete uns ein großzügiges, sauberes Haus in Alleinlage mit einer großen Rasenfläche zum Entspannen und Spielen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Umgeben von typischen Hecken und Obstwiesen, war man in 20 Minuten am Meer. In der Umgebung befinden sich unzählige Dörfer in Fachwerkbauweise, die zu Besuchen einladen. Ein tolles Fleckchen, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Calvados Charm

We were met by the owner Veronique, and she made us feel so welcome. She is so charming and showed us around the cottage and explained the heating and water also details of the nearest shopping and medical info etc. The cottage has all the amenities required for a vacation and we were able to visit the local area in the days and cook on our return in the evenings. We found it so peaceful and yet in twenty to thirty minutes you can be enjoying the delights in Deauville, Honfleur and Cabourg. to name just a few.We both felt extremely comfortable and wished that we had more time in this home from home. We are already making plans to visit Beaufour-Druval with our friends next year and we will almost certainly stay there again.
