Good place to be, car needed

Very good. Clean, ok location, quit, green, shame there is no supermarkt in the area, you need a car, perfect airco , plenty of room, functional building ‘old chique’. Overall: very good Place to stay. Laurence host is very Nice, superplus: check out possible in the afternoon , top!

Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber, mit einem großen Balkon und praktischen Abstellmöglichkeiten. Der Parkplatz war ebenfalls super. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass der Supermarkt und Bäcker etwas entfernt liegen. Die Lage zum Strand ist jedoch perfekt – nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und überzeugt mit toller Bepflanzung. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Laurence ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Check in und check out waren super. Mit dem Auto braucht man in etwa 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Cannes. Zu Fuß erreicht man den Strand innerhalb weniger Minuten. Der Garten ist sehr groß und schön angelegt. Den Pool hatten wir häufig ganz für uns alleine. Die anderen Bewohner waren sehr nett und hatten eine Menge Tipps was man unternehmen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Auto konnten wir ganz unkompliziert in der Tiefgarage parken. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug. Da die Wohnung auf der Rückseite des Hauses liegt, ist es schön ruhig gewesen und man merkt nichts von der Straße. Kommen gerne wieder!

Vacances en famille pendant le festival des jeux

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec des enfants de 7 et 10 ans.L appartement est très bien situé dans une zone très calme à proximité de la plage.Propriétaire très sympathique.2 bémols cependant:- pas d eau chaude le jour de notre arrivée ( l’électricité a été redémarrée uniquement à notre arrivée)- Mais surtout la 2 eme chambre est plus un réarrangement du balcon avec 2 lits qu une chambre ( par de vrai chauffage et aucun store). En février il fait trop froid pour y dormir et quand bien même les rideaux installés n obstruent pas la lumière.

Familienurlaub in Cannes

Wir waren mit der Wohnung in Cannes sehr zufrieden. Lage, eigener Pool..Wohnung mit Klimaanlage, Geschirrspüler , Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine (nicht nur Filterkaffee), 2 Zimmer.. Für einen Urlaub als Familie mit Baby und Kleinkind war es perfekt.

Appartement très bien situé pour se rendre à pied sur les plages de Cannes. La piscine au sein de la copropriété et la climatisation dans l'appartement sont des plus appréciables. Appartement très bien entretenu. Bon accueil et disponibilité de l'hôte.

Bonjour, l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à toutes les commodités, plage est à quelques petites minutes, très calme. Le confort de la seconde chambre est assez rudimentaire mais l'appartement dispose de tout ce qu'il faut . J'ajouterais que j'y suis allé durant 5 nuits en Mars pendant le mipim , donc le niveau de comfort demandé n'est pas celui de vacancier qui viennent en famille

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung. Laurence ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Auto hat einen festen Platz in der Tiefgarage, Pool ist vorhanden und zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In die Innenstadt läuft man ca. 20 Minuten oder kann den Bus für 1,60 Euro nutzen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in die Umgebung.

Séjour exceptionnel

L'appartement était très propre, très bien situé par rapport à la plage. Il est lumineux et bien équipé. Il dispose d'une grande terrasse pour prendre le petit dejeuner le matin. La piscine est très propre et entourée d'un beau jardin. Acceuil chaleureux. Laurence était très serviable et disponible au besoin. On y reviendra certainement.

Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für Städtetrips in der Umgebung gut gelegen

Unser Aufenthalt war toll! Laurence ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Sie reagierte auch immer schnell auf Mails. Die Wohnung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Den schönen Sandstrand erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten, muss dabei aber über eine Brücke die Bahngleise überqueren. Die Strandpromenade la Croisette ist zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten immer am Strand entlang zu erreichen, so dass man das Auto in der Tiefgarage stehenlassen kann.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement très agréable. L'amabilité de nos hôtes, la décoration colorée, la jolie vaisselle ; tout concourt à faire de ce séjour un très chouette moment. Endroit propre et surtout tranquille

Appartement bien situé facile d’accès et relativement proche des commerces, La plage est de sable mais accès à l’eau peut-être difficile et raide pour des personnes âgées, bref l’appartement convient à une famille avec enfant mais à deux couples car la deuxième chambre n’a pas la climatisation et l’accès se fait par l’extérieur ou par la chambre principale

Nice Appartement!

Nice Appartment in a quiet area near the beach/Croisette! It was very clean and kitchen was well established! Furthermore there were many towels. Unfortunately there is only one bedroom with two single beds. Two beds are on a balcony/extension without a heater. As it was still cold in the night we slept in the living room/kitchen for one week. Not ideal but it was okay. It might be better in summer and we would recommend the appartement for a family with two kids. Though the contact to Laurence was very nice and she was very helpful! :-) Thank you!

la terrasse est vraiment agréable, les chambres et le sejour sont fonctionnels. Nous avons passé un sejour très sympa et nous avons même pu nous baigner dans la piscine et dans la mer en avril.

Propre, mer toute proche, appart sympa

Apartement bien situé près de la mer. Deux chambres au calme. Le point fort est la terrasse double exposition qui permet de ne pas se sentir enfermé, avec une vue de jardin de tout côté. Cuisine bien équipée. Mes enfants ont adoré aller à la plage à pieds, et se reposer l'après midi sur des chaises enfants sur la terrasse. Stéphane.
