The property was very clean and perfect for our stay. Shower was high tech and we loved it! We enjoyed eating and having our morning coffee on the peaceful covered porch. The location also worked very well for us and the communication was great. One suggestion would be to fix the door lock, it was hard to get it into the correct position to lock it from the outside when we were leaving. Definitely want to come back to Charleston!!

This rental was mine and my wife’s favorite we’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, it feels like its own secluded oasis while also being located right between the beach and downtown. The property is quiet, clean, and the perfect size for a couple. Our hosts were very kind and had the place stocked with everything we needed for our stay as well as our beach day. We hope to come back again in the future.

This lovely property was clean, welcoming, and exactly as advertised, featuring a private drive and a fantastic location convenient to historic downtown Charleston, local restaurants, grocery stores, and the included park pass for visiting Folly Beach. The hosts were wonderfully friendly without ever being pushy, and everything in the home was well-stocked and excellent—highlighted by a truly wonderful screened-in porch that serves as a real gem for relaxation. While the living room seating lacked comfort for extended TV viewing or reading due to a lack of a place to prop your feet up over a week-long stay, the overall experience was fantastic, and the property comes highly recommended.

My husband and I will definitely be back. What a special little spot close to both the beach and downtown Charleston! The property is stunning. I recommend sitting on the porch with your coffee at dawn. Keep your eyes out for the neighborhood owls! I had a great chat with the owner in her beautiful garden. I can’t recommend this spot enough.

We loved spending our honeymoon here! It’s the perfect location for both beach days and Charleston day trips. The place was spotlessly clean with the perfect amount of space for two. It was also very quiet and the porch was pleasant for afternoon siestas. We couldn’t recommend it enough!

This was a great bungalow for my wife and I to have a weekend getaway! The screened-in porch was the selling point and the sturdy hammock was icing on the cake. They also had a fire pit and outside shower, but not a jacuzzi, which is the only thing missing, or this review would have been 10 out of 10. If you like quietness and seclusion, this is the place for you.

Our stay was incredible! We really loved the set up and the bungalow feel. You’re constantly surrounded by nature and calmness. There were a lot of things available for us which was very kind by the hosts to provide. Be mindful that it is close to the beach by car, not walking. So be sure to either rent a car or have an Uber. The hosts offer a parking card which helps tremendously! I definitely want to come back soon. I recommend this stay for everyone!!!

Our 4th visit here, loved every minute of our stay. Conveniently located to shopping, the beach, and downtown Charleston. David and Josephine are always so welcoming. The screened in porch is the perfect place to listen and look for wildlife-a beautiful owl family graced us each day this year! This has become an annual tradition for my husband and I and we truly look forward each year to our visit!
