You will feel right at home in this charming neighborhood that is minutes from the dining and shopping scene of West Midtown, Midtown, and Buckhead as the well outdoor spaces of Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine. Lovely walkable area with nearby parks, a variety of restaurants, and a grocery store. Just a short ride away from anywhere in the city - Your ideal Atlanta location.

This private suite in our lower level is perfect for couples, individuals, and business travelers.

Guests have access to private bedrooms along with the suite's living room, kitchenette, and bathroom. There is a private entrance through the downstairs back door. Towels, bath needs (including hairdryers), bedding, and linens are provided for all guests.

The outdoor common areas are available for all guests to enjoy. The further driveway and street parking are available if you come with a car.

**Please note the closer driveway (by the garage) is reserved for guests staying in the upper-level suite**

Please note that there is an additional, separate space for rent in the upper-level suite of the home. We ask that all guests are mindful of the other potential guest staying in the house and respect our quiet hours of 10 PM-8 AM.

Quiet, Cozy and Comfortable

Enjoyed our weekend at this quiet and spacious lower floor suite. The host was quite personable and very responsive. Conveniently located to things in town and the nearby Georgia Tech Campus, perfect for visiting your student! Enjoyed walking the quiet neighborhood. Will definitely consider a return stay!

This property was well maintained and super clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic. There were not many kitchen items/utensils available if you intend to prepare meals at home, but it was more than perfect for a quick stay. Super responsive and helpful host. Thanks so much

Great place to stay for a quick visit to Atlanta

This was just right for our quick getaway weekend to Atlanta. It was relatively easy to get around town from this location. Dedicated parking was nice to have, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, the laundry machines were practically brand new, it was clean. It was a fair price and I would stay again.

Charming and convenient.

We enjoyed our stay in the lower level suite. The 2 bedroom apartment with washer and dryer was perfect for our stay in Atlanta. The apartment was lovely and the beds were so comfy! This was so convenient to attractions downtown, and the neighborhood is nice.

This 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is wonderful! Beautiful, brand new and close to everything!

I've stayed in Airbnbs, Home Aways & vacation rentals all over the world and this was one of my favorites! The location is in a quiet, shady neighborhood but only an 8 minute drive from downtown Atlanta. It's beautifully remodeled in with a slate & granite kitchen and Scandinavian style comfort. The beds and pillows are new and so comfortable. Stores and great restaurants are only a quick drive away. We'll totally stay here again, love it!

Thank you for considering our place during your stay in Atlanta. My husband and I have loved traveling together since we got married. We have be able to travel around a lot of the US and have enjoyed personalizing the experience by staying in more intimate settings, like through VRBO. It only seemed natural that we would one day host ourselves.

I am an avid animal lover with two cats of my own and a passion for training dogs in basic obedience. My daytime job is in tech working with our clients on a daily basis. We are in the season of life where our family is growing and we are looking forward to the adventure of parenthood.
