Our just listed, circa 1987, traditional, classic home is situated on almost an acre of land in Southold NY, right in the middle of LI Wine Region and just 10 minutes from the village of Greenport NY. This old, small town fishing village is arguably the most scenic town on Long Island's North Fork. Here you will find numerous small boutique shops, restaurants & the ferry to Shelter Island etc. Our home located a little more than two hours from NYC will offer your family, the North Fork Wine Region where there are beautiful victorian estates, wineries offering tours, rolling farmlands with local hand picked products harvested daily for sale, beaches, swimming, beautiful sunsets at Kenney's beach, a 10 minute walk from the house. As well as farm to table restaurants, fishing, biking, golfing, antiquing & nature watching (different kinds of beautiful birds) from our wrap around porch & expansive back yard. These are but just a few points to mention.
Amenities such as a private in-ground pool, Jacuzzi, large den with fireplace, living room, full kitchen, dinning room & 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6, WiFi & washer and dryer can accommodates a large family of 6. It truly brings the down home lifestyle of the beautiful North Fork to your door. Please note that minimum rental is 2 weeks as per Southold NY regulations.

As a recent retired NYC firefighter & LI teacher we have learned to love life and what it has to offer. This house has been our dream and in a location that has superseded our expectations.
