Before You Dive into Your Stay at True Blue, Here's What You Need to Know:

📝 Rental Agreement: After you book, we'll send over a quick rental agreement for you to e-sign.

📍 Location: True Blue sits pretty at 487 E. 1st Ave, Gulf Shores, 36542. Just a flip-flop's skip away from the beach!

🚨 Safety First: We've got your back with fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers stashed in easy-to-find spots.

🕙 Check-Out: Don't be a beach bum! Check-out time is 10AM sharp.

👨‍👩‍👧 Age Policy: Families are our jam! But to book, you gotta be at least 22. Max occupancy is 6 adults/8 total.

🐶 Furry Friends: Got a pup? Bring 'em along for a $150 pet fee.

🚭 No Smoking Zone: Keep the salty air pure—no smoking or vaping allowed.

🎉 Party Patrol: Save the fiesta for the beach—no parties or events, please!

💳 Booking Basics: Lock in your spot with a 25% deposit. Pay the balance 45 days before you arrive. Cancel at least 45 days before check-in for a refund (minus a $99 cancellation fee). A $200 security hold is placed on your credit card on file 3 days before your arrival and this is released 5 days after your departure.
