The long wooden dining table seats eight for mealtimes, with an additional six barstools provided at the adjacent breakfast counter. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay including a glass top stove newly installed in 2025.

Tucked away beside the kitchen is a master bedroom with a king bed, ocean views and an attached private bath with a standard tub/shower combo. Down the hall from the living room, the second full bathroom offers a step-in shower stall and shared hall access for the final two bedrooms. One bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin, while the other has a queen and a double.

Downstairs, the enclosed garage creates a welcome bonus space for kids to run off energy should your stay include a rainy day. You’ll find the charcoal grill stored here until you’re ready for it, along with beach chairs for your use. There is also a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Outside, the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows you to rinse off the sand while enjoying the relaxing ocean breezes before heading upstairs.

Whether you choose to settle in at the extended wooden picnic table with plenty of space for everyone to dine al fresca or the classic rocking chairs grouped for quiet conversation, time seems to slow as you soak in the sun, lift your face to the breeze and slow your breathing to the rhythm of the waves. And when you can no longer resist the urge to dip your toes in the water, you’ll find beach access is easy and quick thanks to a dedicated sand path.
