Excellent condo in a good location.

The condo was clean, roomy and well equipped. The location, one row off the beach, was very good. We did have one minor complaint. After we thought we had completed the rental process and settled the payment, we received a notice that we would either have to buy damage insurance or deliver a rather large cashier's check to be held to guarantee no damage to the property. We didn't mind buying the insurance but it should have been taken care of along with the other charges. Instead, it was presented after the fact and not handled very well.
