Overall
Location was perfect, neighbors very nice. Did not feel like online pictures/discription was accurate. Main living area was nice but needed more cleaning and maintaining. Beds were not of good quality In any of the rooms and carpet was dirty. Bathrooms need updating and rusted vents needed to be replaced. Did not even have a plug so my granddaughter could take a bath. Upstairs air would not go below 75 so it was very uncomfortable at night. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall, if we had not had to sleep on the sectional it would have been a much better trip. We did leave a day early due to not being able to sleep.
This property is really pretty, the house was clean and the views are amazing. Be advised, there is a large dune in front of the house as part of the beach renourishment and you cannot walk on it. But you can just walk two houses down and access the beach easily. We loved sitting on the rocking chairs and looking at the ocean, it is truly a beautiful view. They supplied the sheets/towels and toilet paper which was awesome. When we got there, the refrigerator and internet weren't working and the breaker had been switched off (easy fix). My only issue was with the property management company. I had to email them to find out if I needed to bring sheets and they never sent me an email about the check out process nor was it anywhere in the house written down. I just cleaned the house and left it as I found it when we left. Overall, I would recommend this house, it was really a great property but make sure you ask the right questions to the property managers ahead of time.
