Great view of ocean from deck, private walkway to beach that ends with 2 bench seating area, rinse off at deck access from beach plus additional at house, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. Two outdoor tables with seating for 10 total guests.

Grand kitchen with large double stainless steel refrigerator, 2 sinks and wine cooler. Dining table seats 8 and kitchen bar seats 6. Granite in all bathroom sinks. Tile in open living, dining and kitchen area, carpeting in bedrooms and upstairs. Downstairs grand master suite with sitting area, ceiling fans throughout. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 3 bedrooms upstairs. Baby gate.

Off season nightly rentals with a 2 night minimum stay. No pets, No smoking.

Beautiful, quiet, and spacious house

Stayed with a large group of friends and the house accommodated well. Large kitchen and living space with lots of beds and bed rooms without cramming beds into a room. The back deck is stunning and the beach is very quiet. We had essentially a private beach to access after nice days at the golf course down the road.

Beautiful Home - Logistical Needs

The home was beautiful and the location was excellent. There was space for everyone and the multiple decks/walkway to the beach was phenomenal. Most of our issues were with the management company. There was no Welcome bag, linens or towels in the house when we arrived. Check in is at 4 PM, We called immediately, and they did not come. Then, they close at 5 PM so it's "the after hours emergency line." Apparently there was a chest filled with back up supplies with a code we did not have. It just seemed like a logistical nightmare and we slept without sheets or pillow covers the first night. Let me say, the house was excellent - just be very vigilant about making sure you have everything you need and staying on the Oak Island Accommodations company.

Nice and quiet getaway

The property is clean and well maintained. Location is quiet and relaxed. Nothing much to add on top of other reviews. However, when we arrived at the house there was no toilet paper, kitchen soap or kitchen rolls. This was was a big inconvenience as we were three families with kids and come in from a long drive. We could not use the bathrooms and it was annoying since we had young kids with us. This is a nice house and they are charging a premium for it - and I find it beyond annoying when they miss something as simple yet as important as this. This should be part of a standard check list when they prepare the property. It was late when we arrived and there was no one available to answer customer service. They called back only next morning with an apology - which was utterly useless.

wonderful beach house

The location and the house were excellent. Our only problem was with the property management. Despite this being a very high end quality property, we were given one roll of toilet paper, no paper towels, no soap..........they were stingy on the set up and that was disappointing. Also, throughout the stay we had some issues and we called them. They were no responsive and unhelpful to the point of rude! I will have to giver credit to the young lady who handled our emergency situation at the end of our stay. She was professional and efficient and handled it beautifully. All in all, we loved the house and area but did not feel well cared for my the property managers.
