Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before leaving: • Please place used linens, towels and kitchen towels in a bathroom tub or sink. • If many dishes were used, kindly start and load the dishwasher—soap is under the kitchen sink.
• Turn all lights off • Close & lock windows • Put blinds down in all the rooms • Return both thermostats to the original setting of 65 (winter months) & 75 (summer months).
• Take trash to the dumpster in the alley. • Lock all doors (front and back), and, message us once you’ve left.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We have a permit from Washoe County for 4 guests for this space. Call/text your inquiry if you have questions.
Quiet : 10pm-6:30am in parking and deck areas where others can hear your conversations/music/laughter. Please keep noise inside and at low volume.
If you are Smoking anything or using heavy scents to cover the smell you will be charged $150

The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by.

It was a beautiful area, conveniently located but still quiet. The owner was very nice and accommodating. It was our first time to Lake Tahoe and the condo was just right for a few days stay. The only unexpected item was that there was no range, but I did not check the listing for one and assumed it was there. Well, that and a couple of bears, who were an nice surprise. :)

I have worked and traveled to much of Latin America plus a few places in Europe. My next stop might be Italy or Spain. Enjoy the Suite.

Why they chose this property

I love this property because Incline is a planned community . The ski areas Diamond Peak and Mt Rose are very close and so are many other recreational amenities. Reno is about 40 minutes and Heavenly is about 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique

Incline is a planned community where people stay for years and love it. Summers, like all tourist areas, can be a bit hectic but actually weekends are really nice.
The beauty of the area is fantastic and there are bike trails, rentals, kayaking, walking, golf and roads to travel.
Our Suite is the lower floor of a condo with a very nice landscaped area with the stream you see in the photos. Fishing on the Truckee can be successful if you are persistent ..
