Beach Townhouse by Marina- Weekly rental for Fishing, Golfing, etc.

Our townhouse is not usually a rental because it is our HOME, but it IS available for a few weeks in August. Please read the full description, as we want the SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS to be very clear! Also, please only request to book if you are over the age of 25, and will forward us at least 2 PHOTO ID's. The smallest bedroom is locked and contains our personal belongings, so the house is being rented as a TWO bedroom house, but also has a sofa bed on the first level in the sunroom which IS a SEMI-PRIVATE area with drawer space, table and chairs, and an exit. We are making this available to a family or small, mature group that will take care of it as if it were their own! It sleeps 4 comfortably, but would accommodate a maximum of 6 people, so a small-ish family or a small, mature group would be very comfortable here.

We can accommodate weekly rentals- HOA rule is 7 night minimum for rentals. Rentals over 7 nights can receive a 10% discount. Availability for the MidAtlantic fishing tournament is available.

The house is very comfortable and is in a QUIET neighborhood where several people live year-round, including our immediate neighbors. The house has a large kitchen, breakfast bar, large living and dining area, sun room, 2 decks (one on the main level and one upstairs just off of the master bedroom), TWO BEDROOMS are available for your use (1 has a king size bed, and the other has a queen size bed), 2.5 bathrooms, A/C, washer and dryer, streaming TV and fire stick, wifi, Kureg coffee maker, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, on-site gym, and many other amenities. The house has a reserved parking space just in front of the house and there are several guest spaces available for parking. There is a direct lake-view from the decks and back yard. This home is non-smoking and sorry, but no pets are allowed (this is a rule of the condo association - only owners can have pets). The house is very beachy and most importantly, it is a warm, comfortable and inviting space. This neighborhood is only one mile from the beach and downtown Ocean City, but just outside of the crowded downtown area while still in Ocean City. It is a 3 minute drive to Sunset Grill where the lots of action takes place for the fishing tournaments. There are many great restaurants, bars, shopping centers, etc. in this West Ocean City area. This is our HOME, so we take good care of it, and are looking for couples or a family that will do exactly the same. There will be a $400 refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after your check-out date as long as the home is returned to us in good condition.
