Great Beach Townhouse - available for dates in August!!

Please read the full description, as I want the sleeping arrangements to be very clear to you!

This conveniently located beach townhouse is available ONLY for limited times......the White Marlin Open fishing tournament (Aug. 1 - 10 with a 7 night minimum) and Aug. 12 - Aug. 22 with a 7 night minimum. This house is normally NOT rented (it is our HOME), so it is well taken care of, and we are making it available to a family or small, mature group that will take care of it as if it were their own! Preference will be given to a couple, family or mature group with a prior rental and we are open doing this year after year.

The house is very comfortable and is in a QUIET neighborhood where several people live year-round (including our immediate neighbors). The house has a large kitchen, breakfast bar, large living and dining area, sun room, 2 decks (one on the main level and one upstairs just off of the master bedroom), TWO BEDROOMS are available for your use, 2.5 bathrooms, A/C, washer and dryer, cable TV, Netflix, wifi, Kureg coffee maker, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, on-site gym, and many other amenities. The house has a reserved parking space just in front of the house and there are several guest spaces available for parking. There is a direct lake-view from the decks and back yard. Our home is available for a family, or for a mature group of UP TO 6 people. This home is non-smoking and sorry, but no pets are allowed (this is a rule of the condo association - only owners can have pets). The house is very beachy and most importantly, it is a warm, comfortable and inviting space. The neighborhood is only one mile from the beach and downtown Ocean City, but just outside of the crowded downtown area while still in Ocean City. It is a 3 minute drive to Sunset Grill where the lots of action takes place for the fishing tournament. There are many great restaurants, bars, shopping centers, etc. in this West Ocean City area. This is our HOME, so we take good care of it, and are looking for couples or a family that will do exactly the same. There will be a $500 refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you within 2 weeks after your check-out date as long as the home is returned to us in good condition. *PLEASE NOTE: this is normally a 3 bedroom home, however the smallest bedroom will be locked during this rental for storing our personal items, however there IS is a sun room/den on the main level that has a convertible sofa bed that converts into a double bed. This house easily sleeps 6 people, but we want to be clear that one of the sleeping areas is NOT a private bedroom, but it is a semi-private sunroom with a sofa bed, table and chairs, and a storage ottoman for your belongings.
