Hand sanitizer is supplied via a wall mounted dispenser by the front door. For this season we do not have throw pillows or dish towels/rags. We also have decreased the throw rugs & supply freshly washed bedspreads & blankets stored in sealed bags. Brand new (3) front doors, outside shower, patio furniture, & deck with grill. This is a bright and cheery 2 bedroom one full bath quad unit located in quiet Village Green. You can walk eight blocks to the beautiful beaches or to the picturesque harbor. It is a 5 minute bike ride from the downtown area where you can find a variety of stores, arcades, miniature golf, ice cream shops, casual and fine dining. Enjoy the deck, screened in porch, updated kitchen, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi internet access, ceiling fans and central air conditioning. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and all brand new appliances with an ice maker. This house has new furniture including couches, beds & mattresses. There is a large flat screen TV with cable/DVD and a queen pull out sofa in the family room. The entire flooring is carpet free with area rugs. There is a one car off street parking spot and also there is ample street parking if needed. Property can accommodate up to 6 people. Includes 4 beach chairs & 4 beach tags. Linens/Sheets & towels not included. Families welcome. In high season it is a Sat-Sat rental only.
