About this property

Comfy and tasteful 4 BR / 3 Full Bath Duplex. All linens and towels included

Welcome to our beach home, located right on the border of Carolina Beach and Kure Beach with easy access to both downtown areas. Short walk to the beach access and shorter walk to the island greenway. This spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom duplex has great outdoor living space- two porches, a deck, fenced-in yard and an outdoor shower and comes ready to enjoy. Bring your toothbrush and your bathing suit, and start relaxing! Linens and towels are provided. A limited number of beach towels are provided. No Smoking.

Our home features:

Master Bedroom- One King bed
BR#2- One Queen bed
BR#3- One Queen bed
BR#4- One full, one twin beds

Living Room couch has a pull out full bed.

-Brand new stainless steel appliances- Refrigerator, oven/range, dishwasher (in 2018)

-New living room and dining set with lots of seating (2019)

-microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, fully and nicely stocked with pots and pans, silverware, cooking utensils and dishes.

New gas grill added in 2020.

-Full size Washer and Dryer upstairs

-Decks off the living room and the master bedroom

-Master bath features large soaking tub

-High-speed wifi and cable television

-Two 65" flat screen TVs (living room and master bedroom) with cable. 2nd bedroom has smaller TV with Chromecast.

-Outdoor shower

-Assortment of beach chairs, beach cart, cooler, boogie boards and beach toys in downstairs storage unit (adjacent to parking). We have 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks and even a surfboard recently added.

The Kure

We absolutely LOVE ❤️❤️❤️ this house!! Everything was just as listed! Very clean and spacious living area with a secluded little fenced in back yard area. We will definitely state here Eagan in the future!!

Family Vacation

I really love that this verbal felt like a home away from home. Everything was so easy to get to the kitchen was fully stocked, they had an extra TV for the teens to play video games, and the two porches was great. Also, the grill in the backyard was awesome like the whole property was very nice it felt like someone loved that place and then decided to share it with other people. Thank you K- squared! Great house

This VRBO stay was one of our best! Great communication with Kevin from start to finish. Easy check in. House was clean and as described. Walking distance to beach (we are slow walkers so it took us more like 8-10 mins but still close). We wish the weather was warmer for our stay - but that is the only complaint we have! You will not be disappointed with this rental. Thanks for having us!

Don’t hesitate to rent this property! Exactly as pictured! Amenities were wonderful with so many extras supplied-the beach equipment was wonderful, especially the wagons, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, etc! Very clean. Perfect beach place with outdoor shower/hoses to rinse us (and the dog!) off. Loved the fire pit, deck space, huge couch, comfy beds…so many good things. The greenspace to walk and the dog park at the end was amazing. Loved the walks, little shops, local places to eat. Just a great spot and great house. Rent it! I hope we can go back every year! Thank you for the perfect relaxation spot for our party ages 13-69😊

Beautiful Accomidations

This property was only a 5 minute walk to the beach ! Came with every beach accessory needed to spend the day hanging. The huge living area was perfect for family to gather and create memories, watch TV or just laugh and have fun. Will stay there again the next time I go to Carolina Beach !
