The space
With space for the whole family and amenities for everyone from dad to toddler, our upgraded townhome is the perfect spot for your next family vacation. Conveniently located near all major downtown Phoenix attractions, you’ll never be far from your next activity.

Our home features a spacious, relaxing downstairs living room with two oversized recliners, a 55” flat-screen television, WiFi access, and Amazon Alexa™. While Phoenix offers plenty of activities and entertainment to keep your family occupied for weeks, we've included a Roku© for streaming all your favorite movies and shows.

The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It’s equipped with a fully stocked coffee bar, perfect for early mornings at the driving range or before taking the kids to LegoLand or the aquarium. While our kitchen provides enough space to prepare a full holiday meal, we're also just minutes from some of Phoenix’s best eats, including the famed Rustlers Roost, the Arrogant Butcher, Culinary Dropout, The Keg and so many other great places to experience Phoenix Dining.

For added convenience, we also have a powder bathroom and washer and dryer on the first floor.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms, each adorned with ultra-plush pillows, extra-soft linens, and pillow-top mattress covers. Our master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and flat-screen television, while our guest rooms have cozy queen-sized beds, sizable reach-in closets, and new ceiling fans.

Also upstairs are two full bathrooms: one shared hallway bathroom and an en suite bathroom adjoining the master bedroom. Our bathrooms come supplied with extra-soft towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even spare toothbrushes and make-up wipes!

Our private outdoor patio and yard come equipped with outdoor table seating area—perfect for family game night. In the shared spaces, our guests can enjoy lounging by the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or playing on the two playgrounds within the condo grounds. You don’t even need to leave the premises to enjoy a great day of sun and fun!

The garage, master bedroom closet, closet under the stairs, and downstairs utility closet are not included as part of this listing. Any breach of these areas will result in cancellation of your stay without a refund.

There are 3 EXTERIOR Ring cameras on the property (doorbell, porch, and patio). These are part of the security system, so there is no expectation of privacy in these outdoor areas.

The security system includes motion detectors, door sensors, and temperature sensors inside the house—none of which are recording devices.

For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras in guest-accessible areas.
