I offer a charming studio for 2-3 people south, the second floor of a residence on the waterfront of the Promenade Marcel Proust Cabourg.
Ideally located to enjoy the pleasure of the sea and walks on the beautiful beach extending between the charming town of Houlgate and the mouth of the Orne, you can also practice all possible water sports.

séjour très agréable Atmosphère calme, reposante. Studio lumineux. Vue dégagée du balcon( ne donne pas sur la mer). Propreté impeccable. Logement fonctionnel, Literie très confortable. Seul inconvénient: le lit armoire une fois abaissé laisse peu de place pour les déplacements dans la pièce. Atout principal: une position géographique extraordinaire, à quelques mètres de la promenade du bord de mer, et proximité du Casino, d'où partent les rues principales de Cabourg. moins de 10 minutes à pied pour gagner l'essentiel: les commerces et restaurants, le musée, l'arrêt du bus qui permet de gagner les villes de bord de mer le long de la côte du Calvados, la gare routière ( Flexibus). Accueil très sympathique, réactif. Bon rapport qualité-prix. J'étais seule, lieu de séjour idéal pour quelques jours. Merci. D Cornet

Excellente semaine passée dans ce studio sécurisé situé très proche de la mer ainsi que des commerces.Tout est accessible sans voiture.Très bon rapport qualité/prix.Je remercie Jérôme pour avoir répondu à mes mails ainsi que Nathalie, la gardienne de l'immeuble, pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.Je reviendrai l'année prochaine sans hésitation.

L'appartement est petit mais fonctionnel. Tres bien situé, proche de tout , plage,commerces ... literie au top Séjour parfait , mise à part la propreté qui aurait pu être mieux. ( traces grasses sur les portes des placards de cuisine,poelle rangée non lavée dans le placard, balcon pas nickel avec toiles d'araignée sur le mobolier .

Très bien situé à Cabourg une fois la voiture garée tout se fait à pieds plage et commerces vraiment à proximité. L appartement est très propre, bien agencé. L astuce du lit armoire est excellente et permet de dormir sur un vrai lit. Très bon accueil du propriétaire fort sympathique . Nous gardons précieusement cette adresse car nous y reviendrons certainement.
