About this property

Mountain Views in Telluride! - Walk to Gondola & Lift 8! TBL #00115

Located in the heart of Telluride just steps from the library, one block from the grocery, bakery, river trail, main street shops, restaurants and two and a half short town blocks to the gondola and Oak Street Lift. There is a free in town shuttle that circles the Fall Line every 15 minutes or so. Once you park your car in our parking garage (height limit 6'6"), everything is within walking distance. The unit is fully furnished and turn-key with a full sized kitchen, dining table, living room, private deck and laundry center. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a double and single bed. Amenities include, elevator access and covered parking for one car We would be pleased to host you as our guest! We also have listings #33627 and #1221857. Town of Telluride Business License #3082.
