We absolutely LOVED our stay! This house was beyond adorable and had so many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was peaceful, cozy, and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together. You could really tell how much care went into making the house welcoming and comfortable. The host was fantastic to work with—so kind, responsive, and accommodating. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely love to come back!

We have stayed at the The Little Yellow House as our family calls The Pines That Whisper for several years during an annual family reunion at my sister’s Balsam Lake home. It has provided a quiet, cozy place for us to relax and rejuvenate after an action packed day on the lake. The house is well stocked with some nice, personal touches. We hope to return next year!

Great place out in the country. Hosts had everything well stocked. Even had cookie dough in the freezer for people to make cookies. This is a 100% perfect rental. Would certainly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. I celebrated my 40th with my sisters and a couple close friends and it was the perfect size for our needs. Wish we would’ve booked a longer stay, definitely next time!

We had an incredible stay at the sisters lodge. You can clearly see they have put much time and effort into their space, have thought of every need, and even notated all possible questions on plaques through the house for ease. The blankets were plenty, wild life abundant and peace at maximum. I could want for nothing during my stay at the Whispering Pines. We will certainly be visiting again. Thank you!!!

Balsam Lake Winterfest Getaway

Property was very clean, organized & cozy. I loved the laminated helpful notes throughout the home. Location was easy to get to town for events as well. Would definitely stay here again :)

We very much enjoyed our stay. we were visiting friends nearby and everything was perfect for our needs. Comfortable, quiet, and in the middle of a cornfield. The host was super easy to communicate with and let us check in early. Highly recomend.

Little yellow house

We enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The host (Brenda) was very sweet and showed us around. This house is very kid friendly with lots of games and puzzles. We will definitely be coming back to rent the little yellow house.
