This 7 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 5500 sq. ft. three story Big Bear Cabin is a Mountain Masterpiece!  Custom finishes, gourmet kitchen, multiple decks, and stunning lake views, as well as ideal location for walking to the Village, lake or Alpine Slide. All bedrooms and the game room have been newly remodeled to include wood flooring throughout!

MAIN / UPPER LEVEL
Enter through the top level and into the main living space with vaulted wood ceilings and double-sided wood burning fireplace.  The cozy living room features a main sitting area in front of the fireplace for gathering to share stories and laughs with family and friends.  The corner nook is set up for TV viewing with a flat screen, DirecTV, Roku, and Blu-Ray player.  Just on the other side of the fireplace is a dining table fit for a king!  Step into the gourmet kitchen with expansive stone counters, lake views, stainless steel appliances including gas stovetop, double wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and toaster oven.  Turn on your favorite cooking show or music channel on the smart TV and Roku and get inspired for your next meal.  The upper level covered deck boasts breath-taking lake views, table and chairs, and propane barbecue.

MIDDLE LEVEL
Head down to the middle level that also has outside entry where you will find the bedrooms.  You might not want to leave the master suite, with its king bed, gas fireplace, smart TV with a Roku and access to two separate decks with breath-taking views.  The bathroom is a sight to behold with double sinks, large corner hot tub, separate toilet and oversized, circular shower that occupies the stone turret.  Three more bedrooms are on this level.  The first has a king bed, lake views, and smart TV with a Roku and Blu-Ray.  The third bedroom has a king bed, lake views, smart TV with a Roku and Blu-Ray, and access to the middle level deck.  In the hall you will find the laundry and full bathroom with double sinks, and separate room with a sink, toilet and tub/shower.

LOWER LEVEL / ENTERTAINMENT ROOM
For fun and entertainment you can spend time in the lower level.  Mix up a cocktail at the dry bar with an oversized 65" while playing a friendly game at the pool table or Foosball Table. The custom Home Theater with 86" tv and 7+1 surround sound has seating for 8+ including 4 top-grain leather power recline theater seats and leather sofa with pull-out bed.  A 3/4 bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed with 58" TV and the "Bunk" bedroom with two twin over full beds and Smart TV with a Roku and DVD player is also on this level.  For relaxation at the end of an adventurous day head out to the patio and soak in the Jacuzzi/hot tub.  In the winter the kids will love playing in the snow. 

BONUS 2ND MASTER SUITE
When you want to be close but need a bit of privacy you can stay in the 2nd Master Suite over the garage (separate entrance).  This bonus suite features a queen bed, bar table & chairs, and a smart TV with Roku and Blu-Ray, full bathroom with double sinks, and a fully-stocked kitchenette with microwave, coffee-maker, and full-size refrigerator/freezer. There is NO A/C in this part of the house.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system inside and outside of the home to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). There is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. Removing the decibel monitor and/or security cameras will result in a full security deposit loss.
