Grand Village Lodge lives up to it's name being an extravagant luxury quad-level custom estate which features amazing  game rooms, theater room, and more, all set just above the Village.

Entering the estate you will see that no expense was spared in the construction of the home. With brick work, cobblestone and honey oak wood accents throughout the home, it is reminiscent of something straight out of the happiest place on earth. The entry level foyer has a seating area complete with cast iron gas fireplace, ample seating, flat screen TV with DVD player, DirecTV and WIFI. Head down the hall where you will find a powder bath.

In the entry level you will find the homes gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to entertain a large group. The striking industrial WOLF double oven also has a griddle top and 6 gas burners. Granite counter tops and a triple stainless steel sink with an expansive window and views of the lake, you might have someone offering to load the dishwasher.  The kitchen island offers 3 bar seats and there is an additional breakfast nook table with seating for four. There is a large side by side fridge/freezer combo and a coffee bar complete with a Keurig coffee maker and an additional standard coffee maker. Just off of the kitchen is a door leading to the upper deck, with expansive views and the perfect wrought iron bistro set to enjoy your coffee or dinner outdoors. The dining room has ample seating for up to ten guests.

Head down the hall of the entry level where you will find a large butlers closet with a full size washer and dryer. Two of the homes eight bedrooms. Head upstairs next to the homes unique cobblestone feature where you will find the homes large lake view Master bedroom with a massive walk in closet, perfect to unload your luggage. The master is complete with a King size bed, deck access with a bistro set. Extensive views from all windows in this room, there is a gas fireplace and bench seating to enjoy the views no matter the season. Jetted soaking tub and dual sinks, there is also a private restroom area and a stall shower.

Head downstairs for more entertainment. Located on the third floor you will find the lounge area with full size pool table, full bar with mini fridge, microwave, blender, coffee maker and a flat screen TV. Step up into the newly designed theater room.  The upscale design includes two rows of theater seating with soft leather fabric, high end lighting including a French style chandelier with crystal prisms and  a huge flat screen TV. There are built in cubbies with extra throw blankets if you need to be cozy while watching a movie.  There are also three bedrooms on this floor. You can gain access to the eight person hot tub from the master on this floor, as well as from the lounge area.

On the fourth floor you can enjoy the brand new construction in  the homes game room. There you will find a bar complete with a large wine fridge. There is a large flat screen TV that is HDMI compatible, so bring your gaming system! Choose from a game of air hockey, Foosball or ping pong! There are two vintage arcade style game tables with Pac-Man or an Asteroid game system with multiple games to choose from. The game room has outdoor access and a 3/4 bath.

This location is the perfect entertainment spot for all ages. With a short walk to the Village to enjoy shopping, fine dining and the local events generally located in the Village area. Whether it is the car show in the Summer, Chili Cook off, Halloween in the Village or the Christmas Tree lighting in the winter, it is all just right there. If you are able to snag this place for the 4th of July, you don't have to leave the home if you choose not to, you can enjoy the firework show with great views from the two upper decks of this Big Bear Cabin!

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
