About this property

Villa with outdoor spa, Messanges center by the ocean

House of comfort, located in the center of Messanges. Private land not overlooked in the countryside (forest), birdsong and creek. Very calm and relaxing place.
You can enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day.
The house is located on a closed ground of 750 m2 enjoying a large covered terrace with garden furniture and decorative plants. The house is very well oriented and sunny from morning until evening.
Lush vegetation: banana, hazel, apple and other shrubs (oleander, lavender, rose bushes, jasmine, bamboo ...).
Nice lawn to relax or enjoy full air games: table tennis, badminton net and other games are available.
Large living room with large windows.
Bathroom with Italian shower and bath, separate toilet.
2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and cupboards and 1 with 2 single beds (twin = can convert into 1 double bed).
Opportunity to ask an extra bed in the living room.
Garage with washing machine.
The house is scheduled for maximum 5 people, including children.
WIFI available.
Equipment: satellite TV, DVD player, stereo, washing machine. Storeroom (garage).
House ideally located near the village center, near the bike path, shops are 1 minute (200 m), and the ocean is 800 m! You can forget your car and move only by bike. Small porch to park the bikes!

maison tout au bout d un chemin chaotique ,ont a l impression que le proprietaire a envie du loyer ,mais y regrette de louer ca maison ,ex;pas de micro onde ,les hamacs et suspentions de la photo introuvable ,le jacuzzi tres mal regle , en deux semaines utilise 3 fois a cause de l odeur et l eau trouble,pas de produits specials ,des consignes partout ,protections sur tous les meubles ,louer sois disant pour 4 ou 5 ,veritablemant 3 vrais couchages sinon matelas par terre pour le 4eme ,lumiere eco partout , difficile de lire ou voir a l interieur ,non vraiment maison qui ne vaut le prix demander !!!

maison très agréable

Maison très agréable, au calme, confortable et très bien équipée (cuisine fonctionnelle, jacuzzi, wifi, plancha, abri pour vélos...). Propriétaire attentif, il a répondu rapidement à toutes demandes ou problèmes. Prévoir des vélos sur place,pour pouvoir circuler sans voiture, région très bien pourvue en pistes cyclables. De belles balades à faire. La plage la plus proche est à un peu plus de 1km. Petits commerces et restaurants sympas, à 500m. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Messanges et recommandons cette location.
