A great stay in Annecy

The chalet was truly outstanding - beautiful and functional, with a lovely garden, and a great location between Annecy and Geneva. The kitchen was well equipped for those who enjoy cooking, which we did, partly because decent restaurants were a significant drive.

Spacious and luxurious villa and garden situated half way the moutain, with excellent vue over the valley and surrounding mountain range. Well equipped kitchen. Specially the art in and around the house is impressive. Great service, with bedlinnen included and beds make up upon request. We have certainly enjoyed our stay!

Quiet and peaceful

Great house, huge open living room and separate kitchen Outside seating areas are adequate and there’s always somewhere in sun or shade. Not the sort of house to spend days sat outside though. Views of the mountains are fantastic and it’s a good walk to local bars and restaurants, lots more within 10 min drive Don’t get confused by the location and address shown on the booking site. This property is a good 20min drive into Annecy

Fabulous Villa and Place to Explore From

Pauline has a wonderful house to stay in: big, spacious, very well appointed, great facilities, amazing top quality art in many forms, beautiful big safe garden, and the most picturesque views. The base is part way between Annecy and Geneva (unlike described on the various sites). This proved to be far better than staying in Annecy itself. We made one trip to Annecy town - lovely, and one to drive round lake and swim. Having a car and planning to travel, it is five minutes from the Autoroutes North and South, and we drove to Lake LeMan (Yvoire and boat to Nyon), to Montreux (Panoramic train to Gstaad), to Chamonix (trip up Auguille Du Midi - Mont Blanc) and to La Clusaz (Summer toboggan and child friendly stuff). All much easier from this location. There is also a supermarket five minutes drive away for the big practical kitchen. Otherwise it is secluded on a hillside and fabulous for eating and playing in the garden in Summer. Thank you Pauline for great hospitality. Highly recommended.

La villa est magnifique. Très spacieuse et confortable. Totalement au calme à un vingtaine de minutes d'Annecy. IL y a beaucoup de matériel de cuisine. La salle de bain de la suite parentale est aussi très spacieuse. Jardin très grand et luxurieux. Parfait la location 10/10

Nous avons passé un moment incroyable. Le gîte est très spacieux, au calme, proche d’Annecy et de toutes les randonnées du coin. Très pratique aussi pour du télétravail avec des espaces différents pour pouvoir s’isoler (et avec un tres bon wifi). Encore merci pour ces merveilleuses vacances!

Wir waren mit unseren Freunden eine Woche im Haus von Pauline im Urlaub. Das Haus ist groß und gemütlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Blick zuhause gefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber. Nous avons bcp adoré Annecy et les environs! Notamment, - le vieil Annecy, ses ruelles piétonnes, son château, ses restos, ses marchés, … - les gorges du Fier, - les châteuax de MENTHON et Montrottier - le tour du Lac en bateau, - la maison où nous avons séjourné, dans les hauteurs ... - un peu moins la Cascade d’AGON (accès trop boueux), - la Ferme près du château de Menthon, où nous avons dîné…. Au total, une super semaine.

Magnifique séjour

Impossible de mettre moins que 5 étoiles à la location de Mme Favre. La maison est juste incroyable, immense (260 m2), parfaitement bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. À la fois retirée, au calme, en pleine nature (des chamois descendaient paître le matin dans le champ voisin), mais non loin de toutes les commodités et proche de l’autoroute qui conduit facilement vers Annecy, Chamonix ou Genève… Les pistes de la station familiale du Semnoz sont à une demi-heure de route, ce qui fait que cette location est idéale aussi bien en période hivernale qu’en été.

Très belle maison , très bien exposée , avec une vue magistrale de tous côtés sur les massifs et montagnes d'en face . Tout est prévu pour le confort du locataire, la cuisine est organisée et achalandée , c'est très appréciable , la maison est grande , claire et décorée avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. On s'y sent très bien , et au chaud.. Le champ d'en face de la maison avec ses jolies vaches fait le bonheur des grands et petits.. Accueil agréable de Pauline, nous reviendrons
