Great location. Excellent for walking into the city. Felt safe there and no issues whatsoever with noise. Communication excellent with owner Martin. The flat is a little worn and I would remove the word amazing from the description. Carpet in hallway needs replacing. Microwave inner was undesirable. Floor tiles in bathroom are loose. The apartment is roomy. Bed is comfortable but very low to rise from. The lift was welcome so no lengthy walk upstairs. Bath was very clean. We visited Leeds during a heat wave so maybe our experience would be different to others but we tried to stay away from the flat as much as we could. Due to the thermostat showing 33. Took an extra fan. There’s one provided too. Even though advertised as 2 balconies the patio door/ bedroom door to the side one are both locked and no keys provided. Bought a cotton sheet to drape over the sofa as that got very hot. Having some draught through may have helped with the heat. The windows only open as small way for safety reasons.The balcony from the kitchen was great to cool down on. It’s in the shade in the afternoon. There’s two chairs and table out there. The outside space was a bonus. I booked the apartment as parking was listed in my search requirements. Not until the few days before arrival was I then aware the secure parking was at 20 extra for the 2 week days in the carpark opposite. It’s a good multi-storey though. Only 2 levels so you can see your car from the flat.

Great Property within walking distance of the centre of Leeds. Simple to find, easy to Park and the communication from Martin was timely and helpful. Will definitely be looking to stay there again next time I go up to Leeds.

Comms were good from Martin. Instructions -easy to follow. Accommodation is nice and simple for our short stay ( even Longer if needed!!) Location is great for many things, including First Direct Arena. Parking is close by and fair price! (Could be worth dropping the car park link in on the posting) Various items supplied to help upon your stay. Tea/coffee, cereal, milk, shower gel and such. Firestick is there for more of a stay to benefit from. Gets warm enough with the heating. Wife would have liked a decent mirror to get ready! Cant fault it though! Will book again if available. Thanks 👍😁..... Oh, if going to Arena or Theatre, parking discount available if you explain when paying at Travalger street carpark! 👍

After an initial blip in communications, entirely my own error, I was delighted to have sorted and Sherri (co-host) was superb in sorting. It made a real home from home feeling. A fabulous stay and a real find for me. Will certainly ‘be back’.

Convenient to city centre and felt safe, clean. Siiting room was large. Breakfast in the form of milk and cereal boxes provided. However it was more of a tired city 5th floor flat than an amazing penthouse. Some amenities did not work.. eg washing machine, coffee machine, cooktop didnt switch on, tv glitched and was not connected to internet, and furniture was broken... blinds, bedroom drawers.

Martin is a great host keeping you fully informed. Apartment was exceptionally clean and everything we needed was there. It’s obviously very popular as a few bits could do with a freshen up but great value and highly recommended.

If you are looking for a bolt hole in the middle of town this is the place. Clean however now very tired looking, small bed and very low sofas and 80's spotlights. Served a purpose and probably use again just for the sake it's a flat. Door screwed shut for second balcony???
