Welcome to Woodley Beach House, a charming two-story retreat designed for comfort and relaxation. The main living area features: wood-paneled walls and exposed ceiling beams, a prominent stone fireplace with a wood stove, a brand new sleeper sofa and leather chairs, a large flat-screen TV with complimentary Netflix, new bay windows offering ocean glimpses, and a brand new deck for enjoying coastal air. The modern galley kitchen is fully equipped with: white cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, cooking basics, and dishes and silverware. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats up to six guests. A second living space provides a bookshelf stocked with board games and reading material for additional entertainment. Sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests include: Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): King-size bed with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower), Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King-size bed with beautiful ocean view, Loft (Upper Level): Double bed, ideal for children, Living Room: Sleeper sofa. Bathrooms include: an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, a unique bathroom with a clawfoot tub and vibrant wallpaper, and a second bathroom with shower/tub combination. Additional amenities: washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Guests will have private access to the entire Woodley Beach House. Enjoy a seamless arrival with self check-in via a smart lock. Free parking is available on the premises for your vehicles.

We respect our guests' privacy. We are available by phone or message should you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, you will have the space to yourselves.

So close to wonderful beach!

Loved this house. Comfortable for a family with adults, teen kids and a toddler. Beautiful renovation, awesome kitchen appliances, pots/pans, comfy beds, and walked to the beach every day in about a minute. Would stay again!

Roach family fourth of July getaway.

Quick access to the beach. Comfortable and clean accomodations. Everything was accurately described in the listing. It's always nice to stay in the Gleneden beach area. Plenty of things to do north or south along the coast.

Speaks get away

We really enjoyed our stay. Very cozy and close to the beach. But in the master bedroom the bed needs a new mattress. We sunk into the middle. Thanks again for the wonderful get away.

Made Memories On The Coast

Mother - daughter visiting my mother. 3 generations gathering together and making memories. We sat on the front deck and took in the ocean views and smells. A time we will not forget!

Annual Girls weekend

The house was just fine for the weekend, although it is "cozy".The master king bed is worn out & has a severe V. But if you sleep with your pillows along the side, it is comfortable! Otherwise, the house was just right for our group of friends.

Only concerns were we had to arrive at 6pm instead and garbage can outside was full so we had to contact management. The rental was overall clean but some food was still in dishwasher upon arrival. They were very responsive and came next day to remove some of the trash. Amazing location close walk to beach.

Fit our Needs

We were meeting friends from Montana who rented several homes in the Bella Beach neighborhood. We could not find a comparable place there but found this place only 5 minutes away. It was just hubby and I and worked out perfect for us. Made a couple of breakfasts, sat out on front deck one evening, I stayed one day and worked while he went deep sea fishing. Only complaint was that the master bedroom had a "plastic" cover on the mattress that was loud and annoying.

One item- Guest Bathroom

Downstairs guest bathroom tub did not drain well when showering…drained very slowly. Likely has things blocking it. This existed prior to our arrival.

The place was dirty. Sand all over the floors as soon as we walked in. There are zero mats or foot scrapes at this place. So when you walk in there’s nothing to wipe your feet on as you enter. We honored the place by taking our shoes off to not track sand in, but walking around was insane and within a few steps you have sand covered feet even though you haven’t been to the beach yet. The kitchen is not equipped for anyone to stay and cook. Most of the kitchen tools are nylon and very melted from previous renters. Sorry, but I’m not going to eat melted nylon in my food. Why not spend $50 bucks to get silicone or wood kitchen tools. We found a nonstick pan that was so cut up and scratched that it was unusable. No BBQ grill either. Unfortunately a very important remote that was important for adjusting the TV volume was missing so we couldn’t turn up the TV, which was at zero, so we couldn’t watch any television. We texted the property management company but got no response. We looked everywhere for it, nowhere. Check in was 4pm. In the morning we asked for an early check in of 3pm and they said it would be a $50 fee. Seemed a little extreme, so we declined and stayed around the area. At 4:06pm, while on the way there, we received a text that they were running late and check in would be 5pm, so we turned around. Even though they wanted $50 to check in early, we weren’t offered any kind of $50 dollar reimbursement for their lateness.

Perfect little getaway

Nice little getaway. Walking distance to a little nature trail and brewery with little shops. Nice quaint little house with plenty of games, cookware etc.

Oregon Beach Vacation can suck it

Lock box code was changed, didn't work. OBV called "emergency maintenance" said 15 minutes, we waited 45 with dogs and raining. Entered unit and had another issue, called OBV again on hold awhile. Took a message for a call back on issue and never received a call back. Never renting from that management company again!

Garage available if needed. Good layout of one downstairs king master bedroom and bathroom. The laundry facilities are in a closet in this room as well. The upstairs isn't really two bedrooms but rather a nice big room with view and closing door, but the other dbl bed is in a kind of loft situation, not as private but adequate. Good sleeper sofa in living room. Clean, nice decor. One tv only in the living area, no cable but streaming, games, and movies available. Short walk to beach but wish we had known ahead of time that there is a big construction project going on, which did not hinder beach access but was a little bothersome for some of us. Kitchen was bright, good appliances. Could use a few smaller sized plates, but adequate for the most part. Other than salt and pepper, don't expect to find any other spices, oil, sugar, etc. Not a bad thing, just sharing info. Location is a residential neighborhood so no stores or shops in walking distance. We would stay there again.

The property was great. Close to the beach and located centrally to all the places we wanted to visit. My only complaint; could be a bit cleaner. Reached for my shoes under the bed and saw numerous empty cans, socks and trash. But overall, very happy with the rental.
