Ideally located in quiet residential area, very close to bike trails, the town and the beach, you will love this beautiful villa of 100m², comfortable, fully equipped and easy to live where you will surely spend a great vacation.
Depending on when your desires, you will enjoy the air conditioned home side lounge / dining room or the garden with its large wooden terraces (115m²). They have two dining areas with barbecue and plancha, an outdoor lounge, deckchairs and sun loungers and a ping pong table.
We have taken special care in the design of this house where you will feel at home.
Lighten your bags, linen is provided: sheets and towels, kitchen towels and beach towels.
DAY AREA: Beautiful living room, 52 m², bathed in sunlight at any time of the day, wide open on all sides on wood decks, including an entrance, an open kitchen and a living room.

Amazing house

Martines house is the best , spacious , so well equipped with everything you need . Very quiet with a lovely garden to relax in Martine and Gerard are also lovely hosts We will return next year

Quelle belle maison décorée avec style et grande considération de confort pour les locataires. Accueil chaleureux avec des descriptions détaillées pour chaque appareil. Maison super organisée qui ne manque rien pour un séjour sans souci. Literie neuve avec haute de gamme housses de couettes. Maison propriété impeccable. Cuisine très bien conçue. Elle se situe dans un endroit calme près de pistes cyclables et chemins pour se promener avec votre chien. Bref, on la recommanderait sans doute.

Die Gastgeber waren persönlich zum Check-In vor Ort, was wir sehr gut fanden. Zur Begrüßung gab es sogar Getränke und einen Kuchen. Sie sind sehr herzlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das Haus und die Lage sind fantastisch, absolut ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet und super sauber. Alles ist perfekt! Es gibt einen schönen Garten der auch viel Schattenplätze bietet. Alle Bilder werden durch die Wirklichkeit übertroffen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Der Ort Messanges ist wunderbar ruhig und die Strände sind super.

Maison qualité exceptionnelle

Nous avons été accueillis par nos hôtes Martine et Gérard, qui sont d'une très grande gentilesse et d'une attention à tous niveaux...aux petits soins ! La maison est idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, proche d'une piste cyclable le long de la forêt.Les magnifiques plages à perte de vue sont à 6 mn en voiture. Nous n'avons pas essayer en vélo, mais une piste cyclable conduit directement à la dune. La maison apporte tout le confort moderne que l'on peut attendre. Nous voyageons régulièrement grâce à ce type de location de maison, et nous pouvons sans hésiter classer la villa de Martine et Gérard en haut du tableau ! Le terrain est à l'avenant de l'intérieur : bien aménagé et fonctionnel.

Cocon douillet pour vacances de charme

ruhiges, komfortables Ferienhaus Aktivitäten vor der Haustür

Wir hatten hier mit drei Kindern und Hund einen wunderbar entspannten aber auch sportlich aktiven Aufenthalt. Die ruhige Lage und die optisch ansprechende und praktische Ausstattung der "Villa" sind besonders erwähnenswert. In der Garage stehen vier Fahrräder bereit. Sie sind zwar schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch gut geeignet, die prima ausgebauten und weitläufigen Fahrradwege um Messanges zu nutzen und die Umgebung ohne Auto zu erkunden. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto (5 Min.) oder Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Wer sich fürs Surfen interessiert, ist in Messanges sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Bedingungen sind für Anfänger und Fortgeschrittene geeignet und es gibt mehrere Surfschulen vor Ort.

2ème séjour lumineux

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans la villa de Martine et Gérard, et encore une fois ce fut un séjour parfait. La propreté de la maison fait qu'on s'y sent tout de suite chez soi. Elle est parfaitement équipée (merci pour les vélos) et très calme. Merci encore.

Excellent séjour à MESSANGES

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances sur la côte Atlantique, et découvert MESSANGES, jolie commune toute proche des plages et des étangs. La maison de Martine et Gérard est située dans un quartier résidenciel très calme, composé de belles maisons. Leur maison l'est tout autant. Conforme aux photos, elle est décorée et meublée dans un style moderne et élégant. Spacieuse, elle nous a permis de séjourner à 6 très confortablement. Suréquipée, nous n'avons pas utilsé la moitié des équipements et accessoires mis à disposition. Mais nous avons bien profité de la table de ping-pong et des 4 vélos. Car tout peut se faire à vélo sur de belles pistes cyclables isolées de la circulation. Un séjour mémorable forcément trop court. Merci à Martine et Gérard de leur chaleureux accueil et de leur disponibilité. De super hôtes à l'écute et chaleureux. Nous reviendrons !!!

Vacances de rêve dans une maison de rêve

Pour commencer un grand merci à nos hôtes Martine et Gérard qui nous ont accueilli chaleureusement avec une gentille attention dans leur merveilleux écrin. Une maison lumineuse qui porte bien son nom et dans laquelle on se sent chez soi dès l' arrivée.Un grand bravo pour la décoration et la fonctionnalité de ce merveilleux endroit. Très bien située et au calme ,proche de tout nous y retournerons avec plaisir. A tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir les Landes et le pays Basque n'hésitez pas à venir découvrir La Lumineuse. De gros bisous à Martine et Gérard et à très vite nous l'espérons.

Super Urlaubstage in Frankreich - Messanges

Das Ferienhaus von Martine und Gerard liess keine Wünsche offen. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Auf der Terrasse und im Garten haben wir schöne (Grill-) Abende verbracht und unsere Jungs haben die Tischtennisplatte heiss gespielt. Die Kommunikation mit Martine und Gerard war immer schnell und unkompliziert. Die Beiden sind sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber mit Super Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.
